I last visited in 2016. Dr. Dean is great! The other staff members from reception to Mr. Krishan(I apologize for butchering his name), eye glass fitter, were pompous, imperious and impersonal. After getting glasses, my nose padding became uncomfortable. I asked Mr. Krishan were there any options to adjust comfort. He told me that the padding were silicone and none of his other clients complained and went on to suggest that I did NOT KNOW HOW TO WEAR MY GLASSES! Seriously?! What is comfort to one may not feel comfort to another. Awful customer service. I get why there are limited African American patients.

Best optometrist in the city! Ive been to a lot of eye care centers over the years as I have moved around Maryland. Federal Hill Eye Care is by a wide margin, the best Ive found. Top notch service, great doctors and really good products. I will continue using them for as long as I live in Baltimore.

I woke with an eye infection on a Saturday morning 4 days before Christmas and Federal Hill Eye Care fit me in to their schedule immediately. Dr Bregel explained everything thoroughly. It was my first time there and Dr. Bregel and his staff were great.

The lady at the front desk has had an attitude every time Ive visited. They messed up my insurance today and when I asked for it to be corrected, she acted like Id insulted her mother.
