Worst experience of my life. They incorrectly billed my insurance resulting in over $600 in extra fees. When I asked for clarification, the manager told me it was my own fault for not knowing the specifics of my own insurance plan. I provided all of the information at the time of the appointment - insurance provider, social, plan details. They were unwilling to make any changes, and - were rude in the process of working through this with me - at one point, actually laughing at my misfortune. And, its not the first time they have been rude over the phone. This is the third time in 6 months - time to make a change. Its rather sad as, Dr. Magill is actually a really good doctor - just horribly ineffective office adminstrators beneath her. Im to the point of contacting the States AG office, as - these are terrible billing practices.

Dr Magill is the best. She is thorough and will amswer any question I have. Her staff is friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend this practice.
