STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Ever since Eyefit Vision merged with My Eye Dr. this place has gone to absolute crap. I showed up 5 mins early for my appointment at 12:15pm with Dr. Connolly. **MIND YOU THIS WAS MY 3RD FOLLOW UP FOR PRESCRIPTION GLASSES BECAUSE THEY WERE STILL TOO STRONG DESPITE BEING TOLD "YOULL GET USE TO THEM" -- MY EYEBALLS FELT LIKE THEY WERE BEING PULLED TO THE BACK OF MY BRAIN BY THE END OF THE DAY, NO I DONT WANT TO GET USE TO THAT!!** The ladies welcomed me (as Ive been going to Dr. Connolly for 3+ years now) and told me to have a seat, Dr. Connolly would be right with me. 12:30 rolls around, I went to the desk & asked how long she was running behind. The lady told me it would probably be another 10 mins (why was I not notified that she was running behind when I initially showed up? No call nothing, as if I had nothing to do except wait at the doctors on a Saturday). I waited until 12:45 someone finally tells me to go to the back to take out my contacts. At no point did an employee find it professional to tell me the doctor was running 30 MINUTES behind. If the doctor is consistently running behind you would think they would book her appointments longer in the books so clients arent waiting. I finally stated how upset I was & that I didnt want to go back after waiting for no reason so the general manager Nichole Harris asked if I just wanted to return them. YES PLEASE! She told me because I purchased the glasses prior to the merger they needed to look up the old system when they were previously EyeFit. She was supposed to give me a call Monday-Tuesday at latest. Thursday rolls around, no call. NOTHING. There is absolutely no sense of urgency at this place. Theres no accountability around here which is disturbing to know as a consumer. DO NOT PURCHASE GLASSES FROM THIS PLACE ITS A RIP OFF! I purchased Gucci frames, and when they initially came in back mid-April, the color was completely faded on the right side. You would think they would check for quality control before calling me to let me know my glasses came in. I had to wait another 2 weeks for the frames to come back. I purchased the glasses first week of April, I really didnt get my glasses until May because of the lack of quality they delivered! Horrendous customer service, the ladies at the front clearly did not get any training when the merger happened. Definitely will not be going back to this place, what a nightmare! Probably BY FAR THE WORST experience Ive ever encountered.

My family has been with Dr. Hayes for over 10 years and I will be sorry to not have him as my Doctor anymore but I will not be dealing with this establishment again. Stay far far away from this place. I miss vision associates and the wonderful people that worked there. Friendly service, polite people. My daughter has been without her glasses since July. It was taken in for a repair. Came back damaged again and had to go back out. Was advised that they would be back by school - not even close. Maybe they meant next years school year. I have been their 2 times after work and they are closed because their hours of operation dont match the website.

My eye dr in Bel Air (festival) has HORRIBLE customer service. Im calling the Better Business Bureau because my experience was so horrible. They lied to me over and over and over again. They were to ship my glasses and I was told they were 24 hours behind my daughters. Needless to say when she told me that, my glasses didnt even get shipped out yet. Thats why she wouldnt give me a tracking # for mine cause she didnt have one. Lies lies lies. Ill NEVER go here again and already reported them to corporate 3x and Im reporting them to the BBB. Ive told everyone I know not to EVER go there for any reason. Very unprofessional.

Our few experiences here to date have been fine, without incident. Recently, there was problem with my order but Kim and Nicole stepped up and made sure I was taken care of. They gave me a loaner pair of glasses to use until my order was completed.
