Ive used Kissel Village Eye Care for years. In the past 2 years they have repeatedly messed up billing/orders/payments to the point that I am transferring my familys business elsewhere. In 2014 my husband went in and ordered contacts, it took 5 MONTHS for those contacts to come in after we repeatedly called to find out where they were. Last year I had gone in and ordered contacts and glasses for myself and my husband. Our glasses came immediately but my contacts hadnt come in after about 2 months. When I called them to find out if my contacts had come in yet they told me I picked them up already when I had picked up my glasses. When I explained to them that I had not they repeatedly called me a liar and told me the only way I could get contacts was to pay more money. After fighting with them and threatening with legal action did they finally agree that this was an error on their end and order me new contacts. This year my husband went in and ordered contacts again, this time they sent a bill home and said we owed $50 to order a 6 month supply of contacts. Only after we called back in to make the payment did they then say that there was a billing error on their end and now wed have to pay $85. Im sorry this billing error was admittedly on your end and yet after you tell me one price, you turn around and charge more. I then gave them an FSA card number that I wanted to deplete the balance on and my debit card so that they could process the payment. The payment was to be processed on Tuesday 8/9 and they told us that my husbands contacts would be in on 8/12. (As with their normal track record, we received no call for the arrival on 8/12) We called them back today (8/19) asking where the contacts were. At first they couldnt find our order so they told my husband they would call him back, well needless to say that call never arrived. Tonight after logging into my bank account do I see that they waited until TODAY to process the payment that was supposed to come out 8/9 but also processed the entire amount on my debit card, disregarding our request for using the FSA. Oh and they didnt order the contacts until today either, but they wouldnt call and admit their fault for that either. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND HAVE CONTINUALLY LET A LOYAL CUSTOMER DOWN. I love giving my patronage to local businesses but I will never spend another dime dealing with these people.

The selection of womens eyeglass frames is excellent. Barb listened to my concerns about having progressive lenses for the first time, and gave me personal attention to find the perfect frames that worked for me since I am very difficult to fit. She spent extra time talking to me about various issues I might encounter with my new glasses, and how to compensate for them. I visited nine other places and none of them cared that I found frames I liked. The others just wanted to quickly choose a pair they thought were perfect for me, but I hated. Definitely visit Kissel Hill Village Eye Care and you want to have a top notch experience!

I took both of my kiddos here and drug my hubby and myself to see Dr. Collins. This place was wonderful and GREAT service! I cant even begin to say how wonderful because there is not enough space. If you need an eye doctor go to Kissel Village Eye Care.
