I have been going to this eye doctor ever since I started wearing glasses at 8 years of age. Ive ALWAYS had a good experience here other than some of the secretaries not being the most welcoming. However, my last visit there I had just wanted new lenses for my frames and a years worth of contacts. I went over everything with the ladies out front several times and they royally fudged my order. My glasses were crooked, they charged the wrong product to my insurance, and I only received a months worth of contacts, as well as being charged for the years worth. The optometrists are great but ever since that appointment I never went back. I was so disappointed I didnt even bother to call them to fix my problems.
