I never leave bad reviews and Im always pretty easy to please. BUT this place.. First, the music in the waiting room was too loud and obnoxious. Very much so for people with vision related headaches. One of the exam rooms is also their break room, complete with microwave and mini fridge. There was a guy in a polo shirt walking freely around the office. Turned out he was the doctor and he doesnt wear a lab coat apparently? He was very unprofessional. He spent most of our time talking about himself and talking badly about the other patients and a lot of awkward silences just staring at me I guess waiting for me to respond? The equipment kept fogging up, not sure if thats normal but its never happened to me before and Ive been going to the eye doctor since I was 5. And last but not least I made an appointment for the exam AND the dilation for the same appointment. So I thought. BUT he rescheduled my dilation for another time. Unfortunately, my insurance only pays for one eye appointment every two years. I will never ever return here.

Been going to Serenity eye for about 5 years now. Always had a good experience! The Dr isnt like most because hes personable and relatable. Not like most over crowded cookie cutter places. Yes sometime the wait is long but thats because he cares to take his time, so you that you get what you need.

Waited for an hour and half only for the eye doctor to interrupt the appointment to check insurance eligibility. We ended up walking out because they didnt know what they were doing. I dont recommend this office.

great doctor and verry professional... super caring and a clean business i recomend everyone to be seen here
