Id kind of rather give zero stars but I fear this review wont register unless I give it 1. It is now September 12th, I have been waiting for glasses since July 25th. On my original eye exam I was basically forced to not order the exact frames I wanted myself via amazon (price was $120 with 1 day shipping) my insurance would have covered $100 for my order, they told me to please order the frames through them and they would price match. My info was written down on a post-it note and I went on my way. 2 weeks passed and I called back. I was greeted with "Mr. Rollins! I am so glad you called back, we misplaced your information and were waiting on you to call us" .........at this point the frames I wanted were priced much higher online so I was basically forced to have them order them. Another 1.5 weeks passes and I call again, "they are not here yet" and I asked multiple times for the date they placed said order and my question was ignored. another 1.5 weeks passes and I get a call. I go in to pick up my glasses and NOW I am told I need to order lenses.........why this was not done at the same time when ordering the frames I will never know. However they charged me $220 for the frames, so I have now spent $100 more than originally budgeted. I was offered zero help or insight on what type of lens to go with, I made my choice based on a poster in the lobby. I call back after my appointment to change my lenses after getting on their web site and figuring it out myself and remembering the advice given to me by Dr. Heath. This bumped my total up another $20. I made my order for my lenses on 8/30 and STILL no lenses. This place is an absolute joke, HORRIFIC customer service. Dr. Heath is fantastic, and I am so sorry he is surrounded by total incompetence. Throughout this entire, mind numbingly idiotic process I have been "helped" by one specific individual. It seems she waits over a week to even place the orders you ask for. But hey! They knocked the extra $20 i owed for my lens change off my bill!....................... cliffs notes: eye exam July 25th, now September 12.....still no glasses.

Great customer service! Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. I had to return for adjustments and retesting due to a medical condition and they were very understanding and again, were helpful.
