Well let me start out by saying most of the people that work here are very pleasant and very nice! First problem I had was that before my appointment they called my husband to tell me that my exam was covered by our insurance so we didnt have to pay, then after the appointment they said oh no the insurance isnt going to pay so they made us pay for both eye exams! Then they had a "sale" going on where you buy a pair and get one free. Why yes you do get the second pair for free because you buy the first pair for $800!!!!! That is not a sale to me! But I was very dissatisfied with the false information about our insurance they personally called and told us the exam was covered and we wouldnt have to pay out of pocket, then slapped us with paying for it in the end! Definitely was not right! Will not be back!

Visionworks posts an integrity policy on its website and I can that it’s part of their daily operations in their Mill Creek store. I also know there are many honest, kind people in the world (and in Lancaster!) While visiting Lancaster from Seattle, I shopped at Verizon next door and upon leaving, sat on the bench outside Visionworks; when I left, I left my wallet behind. A customer found it and took it into Visionworks. They attempted to contact me and when that was unsuccessful, they overnighted the wallet to my home. When I received it, I phoned the store to thank them and offer to pay the postage; they declined the payment offer. So a huge THANK YOU to Visionworks and the unknown finder. Together you have made my day and renewed my faith in humanity.

Super nice on the phone when setting up a last minute appointment. The staff was extremely nice upon arrival to the appointment. The Dr that did my exam answered all my questions and was very accommodating. The young lady that helped fit my new glasses was extremely pleasant to work with. Great experience all the way around.
