This place was not great at all. The receptionist had a very rude tone. I felt discriminated against. They pushed my appointment behind 3 other people even though I got there before they even did. When I asked why people were being seen ahead of me I went us to ask how appointment times worked and with a rude tone I was because I was 2 minutes late even though I explained that I got lost because I did not know where the location was since I did not live in the area. Then she continues to say that if I am unable to wait I can go. If you are colored or a different race I would not recommend this place to you. I am now waiting in my car before I curse someone out. I have not seen the doctor yet so I can not comment on him. The other person I spoke with on the staff was nice but the receptionist is rude..... When I finally saw the Doctor he was great and very nice. Like I said only one issue I encountered was that receptionist aside from that it was a nice place.

I just received my new glasses form Eyeland on 3-8-16. With a coating of Crizal No-Glare lenses (comes w/lifetime warranty) and new script, I couldnt be more satisfied! The customer service here was the best, by far, Ive had in the 30+ years wearing glasses; from picking out the glasses (all three floor employees helped) to the Dr. examining my eyes (he found that I had an astigmatism that was never found before) to the short delivery time. Unlike Sams Club and Walmart, they filed my insurance claim for me (they were directly reimbursed) and used a computer program to use any discounts available. When all was said and done, the cost was equal to or less expensive than the above mentioned stores. Thank you Jen, Caitlin, Donna, and Dr. Kevin Chung.

The prescription that I got was perfect through the eye exam glasses but once I got the actual glasses they were and are blurry. Also once I got the glasses when the lady asked if I needed something adjusted I told her to spread the nose pieces apart and she had said you couldnt. So I went home and did it myself in under 30 seconds. They also never offered me a warranty and when we told them that they tried to tell us that they always offer a warranty to all customers. Not a fan of this place and wouldnt recommend. Their glasses selection is also quite bad if I may add.

I love this place! The staff is professional, helpful and friendly and the Doctors are some of the best Ive encountered. This is the only place I go for exam! They have a wide selection of frames for eyeglasses and sunglasses and they dont hover around you just to make a sale! The give you time and space to make a selection without being annoying but are willing to help if you have questions. The bonus is... the quality is far above what Ive found anywhere else!

I only post reviews for really exceptional service or horrific service. I would strongly recommend that if youre looking for a new eye doctor you check them out. Just got back from my eye exam with Dr Chung, he was the best Eye Dr Ive ever been too, knowledgeable and had great suggestions. Than I had Jen B for my glasses fitting and contact order...So helpful, again great service...friendly, patient, and saved me quite a bit of money!! Thank you!!

Contacts here are twice as expensive as online. My insurance pays up to $105 for contacts. My first 2 boxes just so happened to cost $110. Then when I tried to order more online or turned out that my benefit was all used up. Also my prescription expired after just 1 year. My prescription at Walmart was good for about 3 Yeats. These people seem scammy.

the doctor did a great job for both e and my wife but we are still waiting for our glasses to come in i was told 7 to 14 days now it a month . now i understand that they had a problem with the frames and they called two weeks ago and said they would be done but still waiting . still nice people just slow

Excellent service and very helpful!!! Jana was really helpful with finding new glasses. And also patient for having to deal with Visionworks not cooperating with handing over the script. I will totally recommend eyeland to everyone.

Dr Kevin Chung could not find the right prescription or lense for my eyes. I had to go somewhere else to find someone who could help me. Dont go to this place!

This is a great clinic. Everyone is nice, but reception is bad at communication and it was very slow to get my glasses and contacts. The doctor is fantastic.

I receive superior vision care and eye exams from the doctor here. Staff is also friendly. A tad pricey, but that is expected from smaller chains.
