After over 20 years I had to find a new Eye Dr to go to. I dealt with the pricey frames, and improper insurance billing, but I had to draw the line when I received the wrong contacts (due to an error in the office) without even an apology. I waited two weeks for the order to come in, and all I got was attitude. The good news about moving on - my new Dr. charged me less which is how I found out I was being over charged, so I called back for my $55 co-pay refund. Of course I had to get the insurance company involved to prove it. Now the check is currently being held hostage by the office manager because she refuses to mail the check to me. Once again, their error - yet I pay the price. Please save your money and your sanity. I have lost enough of both.

Started going as a child in the early 2000s. They were aways nice a friendly to me. Now Im an adult and they take my new insurance (tricare) so Im going back. This week I hand an appointment and I had to bring my 1 year old with me. She started getting fussy while I was waiting for the doctor, so I picked her up. When the doctor came in I started to put her in the stroller and he told me not to worry about it, hell work around her. They even went as far as to holding her so I could finish the exam (she did not want to be in her stroller any more). VERY VERY CHILD FRIENDLY!!! Very nice, and even my glasses (which were out of pocket) were affordable. We will be going there for life now.

I started going here with my children many years ago. I heard about them through a friend. Dr. Dragon is super patient with the children, and all of the staff are extremely helpful. My glasses were very affordable and arrived quickly. We will be patients for life.
