All I have to say is that the surgeons "assistant" was texting right in the exam room the whole time while the doctor spoke to me and then when it came time to explain pricing, he could not clearly explain and then he fought me on what the doctor said about my condition because he wasnt paying attention. When I was reading the notice he told me to sign, he said "Dont worry about reading that. This is just to say I explained pricing to you." Is this the same "assistant" who will assist in the surgery? After the doctor told me I am high risk for permament nerve damage and my options on how to proceed, he disappeared and was nowhere to be seen. He didnt come back to see if I had any further questions or reassure me of my procedure since the first thing he said was "nerve damage that can be permanent." Every time I asked the staff about pricing for 2 separate procedures, they brushed me off with "depends on insurance" when I was asking several times just for a range of what they charge so I can have an idea. When I asked questions regarding the next step towards my surgery, no one on staff could give me clear explanations. They treat you like you know everything there is to know about dental services. All they would say is either "call my insurance "or "call the number on the paper they gave." I also waited 40 minutes to be seen by dentist through appointment. Staff is clearly useless and insenstitive when it comes to caring about patients concerns and questions.

Very pleasant staff. Not convinced about the "State of the Art Equipment" compared to other dentist. I will say I was not satisfied with the diagnoses. I have friends in the dental industry and was referred to another Dr (who did not accept my insurance). So i received a consult (a 2nd opinion) and was shocked to hear that GD is where most of his referrals come from. Fast forward.. Where GD was charging me $1000.00 for services. This Dr. charged me under $300.00. His staff compared GD to looking for a healthy meal at Mcdonalds.. Why would you go to a franchise dentist? Surely all they care about is their bottom line.. I couldnt say anything, just agree..

This was the same dental clinic advertising as Gentle Dental. I have never visited this office under the Sage Dental. I was extremely happy with the local staff in particular. But grew in disappointment due to the billing style from their main office. When it comes to billing, this company is questionable and VERY GREY! I decided to find a new Dental Clinic with a clear and more conscious billing style. I would not recommend to family and friends. RRS

Well after going to Sage for so long and having no issues with the professionals hygienists/dentists. I had a problem with my insurance and Oscar the office manager at the Sage in NMB banned me because I called him out on being rude. Will gladly transfer to another office with better service.

I would not recommend this office. Service is awful and the focus is more on profit than customer care. See other negative reviews along this line ...just google the name of this office. Another dissatisfied customer said it succinctly when he /she posted the word "beware".

The best experience ive ever had. I had 2 wisdom teeth drivin me insane. I went to Sage and was treated great by everyone. DR. YU was the person who took care of me...she was awsome!!!! Quick, no pain and explained everything i need to have done. I recomend this 100%

I went to Sage Dental and they gave me a whole new perspective. Especially Jonathan Dalberiste one of the hygienist. I used to hate going to the dentist,but now Im not scared. They are so loving and caring.
