Going to the dentist was one of those things that we just HAD TO DO for our teeths health... Until we found Dr. Neil Friedman! Dr. Friedman is such a warm professional. He has magic hands when applying anesthesia. Not even my kids could tell when he was doing it! Him and his whole staff are great with adults and children.They are friendly and take as much time as the patient needs to explain the procedures. Before meeting Dr. Friedman I use to take my children to another dentist that "supposedly" specialized in kids. His office was certainly kids friendly (with toys, cartoons, and fun stickers on the wall), but the staff did not have the social skills requiered to deal with little kids that were probably somehow anxious about their first experience at the dentist. Even when Dr. Friedmans office does not look kids friendly, the staff is so loving and friendly that they will feel comfortable right away. It will not take you long to realize that they genuinely care... You are not a file number there, you are an important person! Proof of that is that when he has done more complicated procedures in our mouths (like fixing a big cavity or repairing a tooth) he had personally called us at the end of the day to check on how we were doing and if we had any questions about the procedure! Therefore, I recommend Dr. Neil Friedman and his staff to children and adults with my eyes shut!!!

Dr Friedman and the staff go out of their way to avoid the normal gloom of a visit to the dentist. Dr Friedman is knowledgeable, well trained, and skilled. The people doing the cleaning are equally well trained and skilled. I had a rather more complex procedure done. The procedure was completely and thoroughly explained and all my questions and concerns answered before the work started. During a pause in the work, Dr Friedman called and asked if everything was OK and if I had encountered any problems or discomfort. The procedure, once completed, exceeded my expectations. I did not rank him the final star for two reasons. First I never do. Second they are not shy about soliciting new business, but not to the extent of being pushy.

Having experienced a few dentists so far, I can actually give an informed opinion of Dr. Friedman. He is highly professional with an extremely good bedside manner. He uses techniques that I have never experienced before such as the "Gate theory", in order to distract from feeling uncomfortable when given an injection to numb the affected area. Additionally, Dr.Friedman ensures the patient is fully aware, at every step of their treatment, regarding what to expect. Having had new crowns, a bridge, invisalign and teeth whitening, I feel I can once again have the confidence to smile with my mouth open! I am extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Dr. Friedman as a top dentist.

So far superior to my dental experience in Houston..... that I wait until I come here to have anything done. Love the staff and...
