I am terrified of the dentist in general and the tought of oral surgery just about made me pass out, but my experience with Valley Oral & Facial Surgery was amazing. The staff was great! They had the ability to keep me relaxed, as well as, make me laugh when needed. The actual surgery went so quickly and smoothly. Dr. Schneider definitely knows what he is doing. Post op you are sent home prepared to deal with your procedure, but are also provided contact information just in case. Overall, highly recommended.

Theyre kinda snobby. They seem to not really care a whole lot about their patients and you feel like youre a bother. I was having pain over a week after my extraction, and just wanted to make sure everything seemed okay. Dr. Schneider made me feel like I was stupid for going in. Places like this is why I have dental anxiety.

HORRIBLE!!! My daughter was treated brutally. We thoroughly explained she has panic attacks with procedures. She was crying and begged them to wait a for the sedation to work, but they forcibly held her head down and opened her mouth. No one should experience disrespect like that.
