Unfortunately i had very bad experience in terms of Bills. I went to see Dr.Basavaraju as per my Physician advise since my IGE level = 2000 . Here is my experience with this visit . 1. Staff is not courteous and very commercialized . They approached me couple of times for giving appointment as new patient . As a matter , i have very good insurance coverage , however they said that i have to pay $200 per visit . 2. After going there , the waiting time was too much . They called me after 25 minutes that i visited and paid for them $200 3. After entering into Room , i had to wait 10 more minutes for Dr.Basavaraju 4. After she arrived , that she asked me the purpose of my visit and explained that my allergy level IGE =2000 . Hence as per my physician recommendation , i had to visit and make sure everything alright . Also i explained it was 3 weeks back , but not now since my physician has given medicine and now its cured . 5. After taking my history , that she educated me what is the IGE and why it is too high and concluded in 7 minutes that i dont have to use any medicines since i dont have any symptoms to treat . 6. After she concluded , she explained me that i may get allergies in few months also . Again you will have to visit me . She conducted few breathing test . Thats it , it was done in 10-15 minutes with doubts clarifying and breathing test . 7. Finally , i started receiving bills total $476 (including visit and lab tests) . I shocked that nothing was treated me , additionally they mentioned that they conducted LAB tests and sent bills . Bottom line is : I would not recommend this Doctors office as they are THIRST OF MONEY , they suck all you money with one visit without giving any Medication . Moreover , Dr.Basavaraju was telling very confidently that i would visit her soon rather giving positive spirit to patient with good precautions / advises .
