Out of towners with a dog that suffers from severe food allergies. They sell the prescription food we needed after a mishap with out stash. because our dog was not their patient they refused to sell us the food. They wouldnt contact our vet or make any type of exception unless we paid for examination and received their diagnosis of food allergy. And they were rude about it.

very unorganized. was ready to give my cat shot number 2 when I told them that I just spent an hour up front going over paperwork from the humane society that said the cat only needed one shot. Over charged, told me oh, sorry but we gave the cat something he did not need so you will have to pay. They act like you are doing them a favor. I will never go back.

I think the people at Linville Animal Hospital are great. Dr. Lang is very thorough and knowledgeable and obviously enjoys the animals. I would recommend this group to any one needing good vet care.
