I was shocked at how unfriendly and un- helpful the receptionist was when I brought my grandma (a client) and her dog (who is a patient) to this clinic last week. She needed help and we waited long past our appointment time before we were ever seen. The receptionist was rude and did not seem to care about our comfort or the comfort of the dogs. We had to plead for water, she would repeatedly explain to us and other clients that I watched go in and out how difficult it would be for her to meet our needs (medication refills, or to simply get our dogs a dish of water) When we finally saw a technician, she took care of the injection we were there to get and got us out of there -which was appreciated after 2 hours. I never met the doctor, as our case could be handled by a technician, so I cant comment on the veterinarian. I have asked my grandmother to change her veterinary provider because I cant stand the thought of her having to deal with this kind of unprofessional conduct at 85 years old. She needs to go somewhere that is going to show her the kindness and compassion that should be associated with veterinary care.

We took our lab in on Wednesday evening because she was unable to move her back legs. The lady at the front desk was rude and inconsiderate. There was another lab in there having a seizure in the owners arms, while she was focused on making sure she had the owners name and number, etc. The focus should have been getting the dog in the back for help. She was not only rude to me but also to my mother, whose lab was unable to walk. When I asked for help getting our lab out of the truck she said it will be a few minutes we only have 2 techs here. Yall are an emergency faculty. Therefore, people bringing in their animals, in the evening, is an emergency. Needless to say, I told the receptionist to cancel us that we were taking her somewhere else. And we did. The C.A.R.E emergency office in Spartanburg. They were awesome and heartfelt and busy!! Receptionist was kind and thoughtful, as well as the staff and doctors. Just a thought... kindness goes a long way and would probably get you more business.

I just cant say enough about this place. Very affordable, high quality service. If you need an orthopedic surgeon for your cat, USE THIS CLINIC. Dr. Addcock hands down saved our cats legs and her life. Even the specialists (who quoted us $8000 dollars!) were afraid to tackle her surgery and we were thought we would have to put her down. But thanks to the kind doctor, we were able to afford her surgery and save her. He did a phenomenal job and I just cant say enough nice things about him. She can run, jump and play just like her old self. Thank you so very much for saving our beloved kitty.

Wonderful, caring and professional staff and doctors that really do care about the pets they treat. They take exceptional care of my two dogs who absolutely love going for regular grooming and visiting with all the friendly people there and they saved our cats life when she was attacked by an animal and had to lose a leg in the process. The services are outstanding and the pricing is very fair. Even after I moved to Greenville and could have found a closer vet, I continue to bring my pets here bc they really are just that wonderful!.

Bacardi our cat ,had to have surgery again on his leg, Dr. Adcock has done a miraculous job, I am very impressed with him and his assts. He has gone beyond vet on this one I think, Bacardi not only has been a challenge, blessing, and so loving since he came to our lives , but continues to challenge Dr. Adcock to venture into saving a leg that should of been amputated . I can not thank you enough !! Nina and Ricky Messer Robinson

The doctors, nurses and receptionists at Pine Street are the nicest, most caring people that have treated my two dogs. They show high expertise and knowledge that put them in a class way above what I have seen at other vetrinary offices around Spartanburg. I would strongly recommend them for anyone looking for a new vet, or for someone who needs to put their pet through surgery.

I was given a final balance at time of visit, but then I received a bill in the mail saying that I still owed money. I called the office and was told that they "forgot" to charge me for one of the medications my dog received. The vet wasnt friendly and neither was the front desk lady. Wont be back.

Receptionist is very rude and short, as if she does not have time to answer simple questions. Some technicians seem to have very little knowledge. Vet visit was the shortest I have ever seen, and almost no explanation about procedures or diagnostics. Do not recommend this place
