I have taken my dog there twice this year for UTIs. Both times, the office did not call me with results when they said they would. Something more important was always going on and keeping them busy they said. When she had the second UTI, I questioned why this keeps happening because she has never had a UTI before. The only response I got was "these things just happen." Well, now my dog has a problem again as she keeps piddling in the house, which she also never did before. It is probably another UTI and I am apprehensive about going back to this clinic where she will just be given an antibiotic when clearly something else is going on here. I think I will try Fairview Animal Clinic and see if they have a different philosophy rather than just prescribing an antibiotic.

I had a terrible experience with another vet, so I started to bring my cat to Fairview Park Animal Hospital. I cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Beth and the staff at Fairview Park Animal Hospital for helping my kitty. My old vet struggled to offer a solution to help my cat, and I felt hopeless. Dr. Beth at Fairview Park Animal Hospital is very knowledgeable, diagnosed my cat’s problem, and offered a solution that worked after one visit!! It took my old vet over one year to determine the problem without a workable solution! I wish I would have switched vets months ago!

My dogs have been patients of the hospital for over 10 years and I cant imagine ever finding more caring, knowledgeable vets and staff! My one dog had auto-immune diseases and I always felt confident that our Doctor would get to the root of the problem and treat it properly. Not every doctor would be willing to put in the extra effort for one pooch. I would recommend this Hospital to anyone who wants the best for their animal, and for themselves as a result of the compassionate people here.

The staff are very compassionate. They did everything they could to make me and my dying pet, Ella as comfortable as one could be, given the situation. I truly appreciate them going out of their way to see us. Its obvious they care about their clients, both people and their beloved pets. Thank you!

I called to get vet records for my Moms dog and they were very responsive and friendly. I cannot imagine writing a negative review if I had been 15 minutes late and they would not see me. What an idiot. Anyway this is a very good animal hospital.

They need to inform new patients of there policys. I pulled into the office 15 mins late exactly and they wouldnt see me. It would of been nice to know there policys before wasting over half hour in the car and my gas.
