VET IN WHEELCHAIR & RUSHED EXAM I just got a new puppy last week, 11 week old lab mix. My family has always gone to this vet because its close and inexpensive, so I decided to take my puppy there yesterday. Turns out that this vet is now in a wheelchair and has her vet techs do everything. The techs rushed the exam and barely let me get a word in. Not to mention that this vet got out of her wheelchair for TWO seconds to look at my puppy and promptly said, "yeah shes fine." I asked about fleas because shes been biting at her skin since we brought her home. A vet tech swiped her with a flea comb, hardly even looking, and said that she doesnt have fleas. Her stool sample came back negative for parasites. Well... today (the day after the vet), I found tapeworm in her stool, which is contracted from fleas. Maybe the stool sample I brought in didnt have any worms in it, but she definitely has fleas. If you want rushed, shoddy workmanship from vet techs instead of the actual vet and inexpensive vet fees, then go ahead and go here. But if you actually care about your pet, I suggest you find a different vet.

I have been taking my cats to Dr Price for over 10 years. There is no one else I would trust taking care of them. She is the most compassionate caring veterinarian I have ever taken any pet to.She treats my cats like they are hers . She has a special sense when it comes to relating to and understanding animals..Her staff is as kind and caring as she is. They are always so helpful, understanding and accommodating.. I recommend Strongsville Animal hospital highly.

Okay for routine health care and very low priced on teeth cleaning,office visits- but this is not a vet who does state of the art testing and does not seem to be very intuitive when pet becomes acutely ill. She does however recommend Akron animal hospital for serious issues- and they are STATE OF THE ART and you will pay BIG BIG bucks. Buy health insurance for a new puppy its so worth it! Also keep your pets off fertilized lawns!!!

I drove to this location to get my dogs nails trimmed and rushed to get there in time. I arrived 15 minutes before close and they had already locked their doors and put the closed sign up. I called and they told me they were closed for the day. If a company lists their hours they should stay open the full time, what a wasted trip and I couldnt go anywhere else because most closed at the same time. Thanks! I definitely wont be back.

He could not be saved but the blessing was in finding this terrific place to which I will gladly take all my future pets. Thank you to all your wonderful staff!!!

We had to put our best friend of over 16 years down yesterday. He was the best dog. The Strongsville Animal Hospital was gracious, kind and patient and gentle both toward us and our beloved friend. We highly recommend The Strongsville Animal Hospital.
