I called the chesterton office by mistake, but the lady who took my call recommended I tried out their office. So I figured why not, Im new to the area and it was close my home. We talked insurance, and what treatment was needed. Both my husband and I went for a visit, waited 2 1/2 hours. My husband comes out of the room, never got done what he went there for, and they said we had to make a payment??? Turns out they are not in network with anyone, and my insurance didnt cover the xrays. They neglected to tell us that. I understand now, that I should have made sure they where in my network, and participated with insurance, but I trusted when I told her my insurance info and personal info, that they did. Which I do take responsibility for but, I felt scammed, and I wouldnt recommend people like that to anyone.

The aroma of fresh baked bread, a choice of watching whatever I want on the television, a fabulous guy with wonderful assistants... This couldnt be a dental office. Actually it is and its the best dental office Ive ever been to. The service is beyond outstanding and I am elated with my finished smile. Dr. Arnold is not just a Dentist, he is an artist. He and his staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would recommend this Dentist to anyone. If you want the best, you want Dr. Arnold & Associates. I drive more than an hour to see Dr. Arnold, and it is well worth the trip. Thanks for everything, Im one of your biggest fans.

Consumers beware...when you call to set up your first appointment youll be told that ALL insurances are accepted!!! When you get a $1200 bill and call back to find out why...my how the tone changes. All of the sudden they "forgot" to tell that they ARE OUT OF NETWORK FOR ALL INSURANCE CARRIERS! The lady even had the nerve to tell me that they find with or without being in network the cost "isnt much difference!" I bet if she was paying that $1200 bill she wouldnt agree so carelessly! This office purposely withheld information and answered my insurance questions in a malicious way just to get 3 new patients....unethical!!!

I saw Dr. Shideler as a new patient in the Valparaiso location. I am a bit of a nervous dental patient so I was delighted to find an office full of kind friendly faces! Everyone was helpful and informative on my needs, I will look forward to my next visit and would gladly send my friends and family to "Smile By Arnold" knowing they will be treated with excellent dental care and friendly patient care.

Having put off my appointment longer than I should have (a move recently...life...), Dr. Arnold & Staff were recommended to me. Sheepishly I went. Why did I wait so long? They are fantastic, caring, warm and just down right good people. Very gentle, very caring and knowledgeable. Sensitive to my nerves...they even have chairs with heat and massage and a fluffy blanket. GO! You wont be sorry.

I was so impressed with the entire staff at this office. From the moment I walked in, I knew I would be well taken care of in this office. The level of professionalism was top notch and everyone seemed to genuinely care that great treatment was delivered. I will be bringing my daughter to see Dr Wargo.
