I spent 40mins outside their office today banging on the door. I had an appointment at 12:30 but apparently they decided to take an extended lunch break? After calling the office several times without reaching anyone, I left. I got a hold of the office around 3pm only to be told by the office that I "must have been at the wrong door." Needless to say, I was at the correct entrance to their office. The woman on the phone could not have been more unsympathetic. I was appalled and clearly wont be returning.

This place really does suck on customer service. They will not do anything for you! When my insurance company wanted prior authorization for a drug, they wanted my to call the insurance company to see what they would authorize and come back to the office and schedule another appointment to get prescribed something else. They refuse to do any paperwork for you. The office is a run-down POS and Dr. B doesnt actually listen to his patients. Very inconsiderate. I will be happily going elsewhere from now on.

Unfortunately they have changed their policy with regard to prescriptions. They will only fill 3 to 6 months prescriptions and require an office visit (my time and copay) to get a refill. They claim it is for patient health but every time Ive needed a refill they just ask "do you need any refills" and give you a script. I suspect it is a way to milk their patients insurance for more money. But they arent considering the value of their patients time! Time to change....

Ive been Dr. Blazejowskis patient for probably a decade now. He sometimes runs late—because he spends as much time as he needs with each patient. He listens well to me and has been one of the best doctors I have had.
