Ive been getting allergy she allergy drops now for 6 years and when I moved to Florida my allergies got worse and I had to start getting the weekly shots. This is when I found tampa bay ENT. I first started going to the Armenia office but I felt that I was getting the proper care bc I was still having lots of issues. I was told they were opening up a Westchase office and that when I realized I made the right decision to stick it out with Florida ENT. From the moment I walked into the door and was greeted by Jesse I knew this was going to be a different experience. A smile can go a long way in my book bc at the previous office I was just a person waiting to be seen. Jesse actually greeted me by name and my time of appointment. Thanks Jesse Kristen was the new allergy shot girl for Westchase and you want to talk about bedside manner and professionalism, please let me explain. I still get nervous on shots and she showed me a couple different ways to administer the the shot. I still felt nervous so we did the shot in the office and waited to see how my arms would react. There was no rush to get me out and she wanted to make sure I felt very comfortable doing it at home. I just wish all my Dr.s office staff were this courteous and actually make u feel like your part of there family and not just a co-pay and name. Im sorry for the length of my comment but you just dont get this type of service in Florida and when u do, you make sure you never let this doctor and staff out of your sight.

I have been coming to the Westchase location for my allergy shots 1x per week for about 4 months now. Thats about 16 times total. EACH and EVERY time I go in or call the Westchase office, I am either greeted with friendly voices or smiles from Jessie and Ariel which is always makes me smile! As soon as I walk in and Cristin, recognizes my voice when I come in and comes out to get me for my shots right away. Not only can she recognize my voice but as soon as she sees me knows how my day is going and how Im feeling without even asking!! She is always so personable and positive and somehow makes me look forward to getting shots! Who can do that?!?! Cristin can! I seriously thought I would dread this process but the ladies in this Westchase office make it somehow enjoyable to come in for shots!!! Now thats medical talent and just good people if you ask me! A big thanks to all of them! And to especially to Cristin for making it more than just about shots, but my whole well being!

I know this section is usually reserved for doctors but I just want to give 5 stars the MAs that work in the Westchase office. I would like to single out Pam. She might be one of the most caring nurses I have ever come across. She kept me calm and reassured that the procedure I have was going to be smooth and fast. She was there right next me and helped me emotionally thru it. A lot of nurses would not take the extra step to help make a patient feel comfortable and Pam went over and beyond. If it wasnt for Pam and jay this is office would not run as smooth as it does. Dr Rivera thank you for hiring great staff

Dr Fisher and the rest of the staff were great! I was able to get an appointment ASAP. When I arrived the location was clean and the front desk staff were courteous (not as easy to find as you my think). I Was called back almost immediately and had all my questions and concerns addressed. I also chatted with one of the staff members I believe her name was Ariel D, I wasnt her patient but she still went out of her way to help me with a question and just started chatting from there, such a delightful staff! Ill definitely be returning in the future.

Ive been coming here for allergy shots over the last few months. The staff is hilarious and always welcomes you with a smile, especially Jennifer and Kristin. The competitive nature amongst the staff I enjoy as well. You cant go wrong with this medical office if you have any problems with your ENT!
