I visit the eye doctor annually. After 12 months from my first visit with this doctor, I got this nastily worded letter saying to the effect "You havent been here in a year- make an appointment now or we will delete your records". Maybe this is a proper policy for them to have, but the letter was phrased so unprofessionally and aggressive that I never returned. You ever get that bad feeling about a business?

Did not explain my eye health. She left in the middle of discussion and sent back the nurse in to give instructions on how to use the drops and done. Surprised.
