I will never come back here. If I could give one star, I would. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I had a balance of $2.47 and the receptionist joked that "theyll send you to collections over $2." I didnt find this amusing as I had never received a bill from them for this balance. On top of that, my appointment was at 430 and I didnt get called back until 6pm. Thats an hour and a half of waiting. After being called back I waited another 30 minutes to be seen so all in all I have waited 2 hours for a routine follow-up. Whats worse is nobody acknowledged the outrageous wait time. They dont seem to care about their patients experience here AT ALL. Avoid this place at all costs.

I gave one star because it calls for you to put something. This was the first time I had ever been there. I came in as a walk-in. I was having some major leg pain. I was told they were booked aND to come back st 12:15. I went back and sat first in the waiting room then in a room for a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was never seen. When I went out the ladies at the desk were engulfed in cell phone activity. They asked someone why hadnt they come into my room and the question was brushed off. I left and no one ever called to apologize for the oversite. I will never go back there or recommend it ti anyone.

I was scheduled to have bloodwork done the day after my first appointment the next day. I arrived at 0830 the next day and sat in the lobby until 1015. I finally decided to ask the receptionist/nurse how much longer (because I had to go to work) and she just then informed that they could not find my paper work. I informed that I was leaving and asked that she cancels all future appointments. The appointments were not cancelled and I had to call back to ask again after receiving a message of an appointment. I never received an apology...

I was blown away by the staff and professionals working in this facility. What a friendly staff and the doctor WOW!!! Your visit here is not just an in and out care center. There is not a time limit for your care the doctor here listens to you, not just in the room looking at a chart and ten minutes later you are at the check out counter. Very professional and caring to your issue that has brought you to him. I recommend this care center to all of my friends and to all that are in need of health care. Thank you, Lyles

I have been going to Optium Care for a while. The front office is great which makes for a very outgoing facility. The doctor is very knowledgeable and attentive to your medical needs as well as the nurse practitioner. The wait time is quicker than other medical offices. It is very easy to schedule appointments, sometimes the same day. I have scheduled appoints as late as 5 pm, which is not offered by most facilities. The office has relocated on 610 besides the DMV and the new facility is awesome.

2 days ago I walked into Optimum urgent care with a nasty rash. The office was really clean and looked really nice. I was greeted nicely up front and my wait time was minimal. The doctor spent time listening to my complaints. I got my medications right in the office which was very convenient. My rash has completely gone away. I feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful Urgent care in Stafford.

I booked an appointment and the date was available. After I booked, the clinic cancelled the appointment without without calling me to reschedule the appointment and just sent me an email saying the date and time was taken. I went to their website and realized the date was free so I re-booked only to find out it had been cancelled again. Very unprofessional behavior.

Reasonable wait time considering that I was a new patient for them . They addressed all my concerns and even went beyond my immediate need. They were gracious enough to even watch my 2 year old while seeing the doctor . Dr. Kabiri was very professional and I became a fan after my first visit last year. All my families now use this urgent care

I have been going here for about 5 years and have always received excellent care from Dr Kabiri and NP Jing Britton. The rest of the staff are friendly, courteous and professional as well. I recommend this medical practice to anyone looking for great medical care.

Optimum Care has great staff,doctors, nurse practitioners. They take the time to find the root cause to health issues. They were able to find an ailment the Army was unable to find in 20 years. They go the extra mile!
