Dr. Courtney is absolutely wonderful and there at whatever time you need him... nights, weekends, holidays, you name it. HOWEVER, his wife (the office manager or whatever) is very rude. Shes hard to understand and just talks right through you, but unfortunately shes the only one who ever answers the phone there so you have no choice BUT to deal with her. Every dental question I had, she gave me the wrong answer to and doesnt even pay attention to the question being asked in the first place. For that reason alone, I wont return to their office. Its not worth having to go around the wife to get to the person who knows what hes doing, and thats ONLY Dr. Courtney. But good luck getting thru her first!

I like Dr Courtney and I like his office staff. The hygienist is great. They are up front with what they are going to charge, although, I am a rather educated health care consumer and I do ask a lot of questions, perhaps some of the other reviewers are lacking basic consumer skills.
