I now have to edit my review of Lake Mary Dental. The office manager has ignored me twice now and in fact is avoiding me. We had an agreement that I earned the Sonic toothbrush. Now, I had an experience with makeup gal and I did not sign up for 12 months, but I had told Jessica, the assistant that it was for 18 months and we talked about it. This was done BEHIND MY BACK AND DISHONEST. I referred a friend and she ended up in tears and was about to bring on another from Lakeland. However, I cannot in my right mind do this at all. Very shady and dishonest within this office and GREED PARAMOUNT. Please re-review this office and they are undeserving of any decent rating at all, unless they paid you do do so..... If my partials show any gaps or anything, I will be having them redone. I want to know in WRITING ANYTHING FROM THIS OFFICE AND WHAT EXACTLY I HAVE SIGNED WITH THEM. I have spent enough money in this office to last me a lifetime with no insurance. Yes, I have been had with very dishonest people and greed. Keep your promises and quit pushing people and change managment too. Change the makeup gal to someone as well as she seems scheming as well. Why I never saw this is beyond me. However, I see it now and working against this office now. I will be reporting them to BBB and doing as much as I can to dissuade people for coming into this office for dental work.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, friend or foe. Crooked, poorly managed appointment schedule, and will rip you off if they get the opportunity!!! Lake Mary dental is one of the worst establishments Ive ever been a patient at. First appointment I went in they had lost my paperwork and so I missed my appointment because I had to re do my paperwork and then come back another day. Two visits just for paperwork and then a third for my new patient exam just to find out they couldnt even clean my teeth that day! And the biggest issue I have with Lake Mary Dental is that my family was overcharged over $2,000.00 from our health savings account AFTER we took a medical loan from lending club (one that they advertise in the office). The dentist was not willing to refund our health savings account and be paid by the finance company they sold to us. They wanted to give us account credit. A $2,000.00 dentist credit!!!! This is after weve paid for all of the dental work we needed... wtf are we going to use a $2,000.00 credit for? Be very careful with this company and the way they do their billing. Its absolutely absurd and everything looks to point to FRAUD on their part. Fraud or absolute ignorance from the staff who must not be qualified for a medical billing job.

This dentist is a swindler, a modern day snake oil salesman. They have a whole team of people working together to set up the sales. I havent seen high pressure sales techniques like this in a while! The staff was all friendly and thats where the good part ends. Basically, the dentist said he would not even see me if I wouldnt purchase an extraneous and superfluous procedure to remove plaque. I explained my concern that since insurance doesnt cover it, I didnt want it, so he told me I should go elsewhere. WHAT??!? Ok, then lets say I do get that, what do you say then? Correcting fillings. Told my wife, who has perfect teeth, she needed $4,000 worth of invisaline... saying this all while pushing an electronic tooth brush on me. THey asked me no less than 6 times to get their sonicare toothbrush. After I told the staff that I was not buying into their sales pitch, they were rude, short and had no interest to see me. I NEVER write reviews, but I can say this has me steaming that now, I have wasted 3 hours of my life, so has my wife, we both wasted dental allotments on our insurance, AND they didnt clean our teeth! *ATTENTION*: This dentist has ONE priority, their pocket

I highly recommend Lake Mary dental ,everybody very nice and knowledgeable,advance equipment,prices less than the other office ,i had my first exam,the first office i had exam ,they never did same examination as Dr Du lac did ,took longer than the other office , but she checked all teeth one by one ,X-rays from all teeth,explained all my existing restorations and problems with them and all decays ,and the end Financial Coordinator Mitra ,very well educated ,showed me pictures all my teeth and explained the reason i need them ,explained the cerec onlay, one visit in office !!!! awesome !!!! she walked me through the Care credit with fully understanding that . thanks god,finally i was able to fix my teeth .i am so happy went to Lake Mary dental and i will recommend that office to who ever is looking for a private practice with nice staff and good prices!!!!

Horrible experience! These guys are salesman and try to sell you stuff you don't need. Even added a $150 toothbrush to my bill I did not want. They also told me on my first appointment I had 5 cavities and would cost $130 each after insurance. I thought this was a little weird so I went to another dentist who said I had 2 cavities and were covered 100% by insurance. They also dont allow you to have the free basic cleaning that insurance pays for. They make you do a deep cleaning which will cost you a couple hundred out of pocket. And be ready to pay for your services the day you make your appointment. The doctor actually said you have to reserve his time and pay ahead just like an airline. Needless to say, a waste of time. I never went back.

Lake Mary Dental(LMD) should not be a dental office (healthcare) they should be Car dealer. I absolutely agree with Jessica S.. First they try to sell you a tooth brush and treatment that are not covered by your insurance (upgrade) which is nothing but money for LMD. My total treatment without upgrade was $400 but with upgrade $1100. I told them to just do whatever my insurance coves, the girl at front told me that they have to talk to Dr. and get back me; I never receive any call after leaving few voice mails. I changed my dentist. They deserve 0 start not even 1. This kind of service and doctors office give bad names to health care industry. I think Michelle S. must be one of the staff!

Let me at start off by saying I am not the best dental Patient I have high anxiety with the dentist chair but Lk Mary Dental is wonderful and very understanding from the minute you walk in you are greeted by a friendly face and when they take you back for your exam they are very warm and very professional.I cant say enough good things about Dr.Ravi Lall and his staff they are so wonderful I would highly recommend this office to anyone and for people like me who have anxiety with the dentist office they will put you at ease and leave you wondering why it took so long to truely find a gentle dentist.My hygienist name is Terry and he is the most patient and thorough person just like Dr.Lall.
