I have had a really bad infection for 2 weeks so bad antibiotics did nothing for it...so I go to get the treatment plan for a partial and after insurance its $500 which is ok! I ask them if theres any way I can make payments so I could go ahead and get my partial after my teeth are pulled and the lady in the office wasnt very nice..."no its all has to be paid up front" well these teeth HAVE to be pulled so they wont work with me so I dont have to walk around without front teeth! I remind you I have always paid them when I said I would and my balance is at ZERO because I just paid $300 to them and they cant even work with me on this! So I ask what I can do for the infection that I still have since I dont have $500 right this second and I was told take some ibuprofen 800 that will help with swelling! Not once worried about the infection that is getting worse by the day they are just worried about the money!!! I wouldnt take my dead dog to them! I will find a different dentist and will NOT step foot back in this office! OH YEA AND AS I WAS WALKING OUT THE THE FRONT DESK LADY DECIDED IT WAS CUTE TO LAUGH ABOUT ALL OF THIS UNDER HER BREATH! Like I wasnt even standing there! Very professional right there!

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Rivers Dental Care. I had recently relocated to Murfreesboro last fall, and was extremely apprehensive about finding a new dentist - especially since I hadnt had the best of experiences in the past. The receptionists were very helpful when scheduling my initial appointment. The hygienist - Patricia - was friendly and very welcoming! Not only did she do an excellent job cleaning my teeth, but she walked me through each step of the appointment. Dr. Herring was also great - he is personable and honest (which most would appreciate). I used to dread going to the dentist, but this experience has completely changed that mindset. I look forward to seeing them again in 6 months!

I called hoping to schedule a new patient appointment at 3pm and was able to get an appointment at 1230 the very next day! Exceptional service, quick, efficient, conservative not aggressive, and the entire staff was super friendly!!! I needed some dental work and was able to do it the same day without the need to make another appointment. Took time to answer all my questions and explained everything very well. My husband and step son go across town, they couldnt see me for 6 weeks and told me that is a typical wait time for new patients. Planing my 4 year olds first check up. It will definitely be here. Patient for life. Thanks Rivers Dental!! Recommend this place to anyone. Super great experience!!

I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. To the point where i will shake and cry just walking into the building. These people were amazing. They handled my anxiety very well. They walked me through everything first and made sure i was ok. They gave me nitrus and covered me with a blanket and gave me noise cancelling headphones that i could connect to either my phone or the tv. The dr talked me down when i would start to freak out telling me how strong i was and that i was ok. I almost never go back to the same dentist twice but i will definitely be going back there for anything i need done. And that is high praise from me. They were absolutely wonderful

Ive been to a lot of dental offices across several states and by far this has been the best. My last experience at another dental office in Murfreesboro was awful. In past experiences wait times were awful, the dentists & assistants were not very personal and procedures were just rough. At Rivers dental everyone was friendly, I was brought in for my appointment in a timely manner, they explained everything in detail(and took their time!) and the prices of my treatments were made clear up front. They made me feel comfortable and not bad about avoiding the dentist for a while.I HIGHLY recommend them!

I have had severe wisdom tooth pain for months and made an appointment to get them taken out at anther dental facility. After experiencing extreme pain with one of the wisdom teeth I wanted it taken out immediately. I called Rivers Dental and they scheduled me for am hour after I called and got the tooth pulled the same day! I was so thankful I had gone there and they priced less than my original dentist so will be going back to see what they price everything at. Highly recommended, everyone was super nice and I trust their care!

I love this office! Going to the dentist is not something Ive ever looked forward to. However, every staff member I have met has been friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk with. And Dr. Cho...love her!! She is both processional and personable! She carefully listens, accesses the situation and then takes the time to explain everything that is happening with whatever the situation or problem may be. I would highly recommend this office! Its the first time, in my life, that I no longer dread going to the dentist!

Cant say enough about Dr. Herring and staff. Everyone was so kind and stayed after hours to ensure my son did not go into the weekend with the pain he arrived with!! So out of the 3 teeth these people have worked on one had to be extracted after a filling (this place put in) fell out numerous times.?..the next tooth that Dr. Herring did a root canal and crown is infected and I will probably lose that as well and 3rd tooth is hurting. I have called these people ....gave them a letter and they expect me to call them??? I want a full refund immediately. Im a disabled Grandmother...please mail my check today!!!! How evil and SICK!!!!!

Very Professional, nice atmosphere and was very pleased that they were able to get my daughter in for a same day emergency visit, because she was in soooo much pain from an infected tooth. Great job! Very pleased, you did what other offices could not do. I called around to several places and was told emergency meant 2-4 days at least. But Rivers Dental Care was very compassionate and took her right in the same day. Thank you so much!

Dr. Herring took a lot of time to explain the procedure and made sure that he understood my concerns. He then extracted one of my teeth which was absolutely painless and for which I am very grateful. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth and mouth so you do not have future health risks. I found him to be very professional and truly caring about your oral health.

This office will cancel appointments without bothering to call the patient and inform them. I showed up for appointment scheduled 6 months ago and had received multiple Text co nfirms saying "See you then". Aragont girl at desk said "well you signed a confirm disclosure that states unless you call to RE-CONFIRM that your appointment will be canceled. BUNCH OF CROOKS. DONT GO HERE!!!
