BEWARE OF LIARS! Worst dental experience ever. They are frauds. I went here and got a cleaning. All they focused on was getting me to buy Invisalign. Then at the end, they threw in the fact that i should get my two front teeth crowned, one root canal, and that I should get five cavities filled. They contacted my ins. and told me exactly what I would pay for Invisalgin and for my other dental work and I then signed the treatment plan. (Just like any other normal dental visit) I got my root canal, crowns, and fillings done. Paid. Fine. My fillings hurt so bad they had to re-do them. (Still hurt to this day) then when I had my temporary crowns on, I came in for my new, permanent ones and they didnt even match! AFTER I had waited a whole month for them. So I had to wait TWO months to get the right ones. Then they call me back and say I owe $400 extra dollars because they didnt do the treatment plans together(that I signed at the same appt.) and the ins. didnt cover what they calculated. So I had everything shabbily done and then they come back with a mistake THEY made and blamed it on me! Then their HORRIBLE office manager, Consuela, (ugly name just like her personality) has the audacity to hang up on me when I try to tell her I cant pay that because I am only 21! Then she threatens to send it to collections(and does). THEN she wont let me ever speak to the doctor about it! I even went as far as to message him on Facebook! (no response by the way) I got a second opinion from other dental PROFESSIONALS, and they all agreed that that was wrong. They are seriously slimy people, and I would STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I, on the contrary, had a very pleasant experience with this facility. The staff was very kind and the building is beautiful. I had no pain during my 2 crowns and filling (all done during the same visit), and I felt like things were explained to me thoroughly. I was shown my x-rays so I could see where the decay had been and I was appreciative that it was caught early so I wouldnt have to get a root canal. They mentioned invisalign to me as well, but were not pushy about it at all. I am excited about the idea, being that I was never able to have braces in my younger years, when I wished I had. I am saving up now to be done in the future. I dont see anything wrong with professionals recommending a beneficial procedure to their client(s). Its simply part of their job description. It would be wrong of them to not offer it. Consuela was kind to work with me and my re-scheduling as needed, and I have had no issues to be mentioned. I will be returning for my permanent crowns and I expect no less than a pleasant visit.

Dr. Anderson is the absolute BEST dentist I have ever had. From the first moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by the front desk with a smile. The assistants are really sweet as well and took great care of me. The office flows very well and everyone works well together. Great team!! I wouldnt go to any other dentist or take my kids anywhere else.

Dr. Anderson is the best dentist I have ever been to. He makes sure you feel no pain during procedures and was great with my granddaughter. She was so scared at first and he reassured her that she wouldnt feel any pain and now she isnt scared of dentists anymore! Great staff all around. Would recommend to anyone.

Rude receptionist/assistants. Told my child to raise her hand if they were hurting her so she did and the assistant grabbed her hand and put it back down. Also didnt numb my sons mouth enough and ripped out his tooth didnt care that he was in pain. No thanks never again.
