Got a root canal that had me screaming and then when I set an appointment with the assistant they never set it up and said it was my responsibility while being high on nova cane to set up a appointment at the front desk. Workers are judgemental and had heavy use of talking to me like I wasnt that bright until I had to clear up with them that it is there job as a business to communicate and not the patrons especially while sedated. Sorry for the lack of grammar correction or pun toon but I just wanted to let everyone know that they can simply go somewhere that can be considered as a lot more professionalized and respectful.

Very Painful.... All they seem to be concerned about is payment for treatment I have yet to receive. Granted I have great insurance but they want their money upfront before insurance is even notified. The reasoning behind this was "Oh well reimburse you once the insurance company pays us." REALLY?? In addition what they put in mouth keeps falling out.... and before they glue it back in they said they want more money. The robotic staff has been programmed to not treat the customers with care but to collect money for unfinished work. Shameful

CLEAN STERILE WORK ENVIRONMENT AND EQUIPMENT. 4-STARS OUT OF 5. MISS BY 1 BECAUSE ITS TOO FAR FROM HOUSE. .LOL BUT WORTH THE TRIP. I am extremely disappointed. I cant even rate this office but since I wont be able to post anything, I give it 1 star. If they fix my repeating issue and not keep me waiting FOREVER...and I dont have the rude dentist...AND, they dont keep moving my appointment. ANNNND, I better not get charged again!!!!
