Dr Faith Cousins used to do good work. Been a patient there since 1990, but will never return now.10/2013 In 2011 the staffing changed entirely. The new female hygentist was rude, front office staff were okay. The previous staff were nice and informative. The biller Laci over charged me for four visits. I called my dental insurance to make sure I understood how much to pay for each visit and was told I had been over charged. Laci became defensive, loud and rude and would not acknowledge the contracted rates with the insurance co. The office is a participating PPO provider and have the contracted rates on their signed and approved contract. I asked for a Fraud Investigation for last years services provided. And still no results from my dentist of several years. Would never recommend as the dental work is sub-standard and the knowingly over charge patients.

Dr. Cousins is an excellent, and well capable dentist. Her front desk coordinators are patient and accommodating ;p Annual exams and six month cleanings, always go without a hitch. The front office staff, actually call with reminder notifications (every year!)...I mean, who even takes the time to do this anymore? Dr. Cousins and her clinical hygienists are highly effective, and their gentle chair side manner is ALWAYS, greatly appreciated (even on those rare occasions when I am a challenge ;p). I highly endorse Dr. Cousins entire practice, her clinical staff, and the outstanding dental services she continues to provide for the DMV area. Regards, A loyal patient with a beautiful smile! =D

A Private User

My son had an appointment for a cleaning, but had a toothache the day he went in. He told the ancient doctor who did the cleaning that his tooth hurt, before the cleaning began. Instead of addressing that, the doctor did the cleaning. By the next day, my sons face and neck were very swollen. I had to rush him in to an emergency dentist who pulled the tooth and treated the infection. Today, a member of her staff told me that this is their policy. If someone has an appointment for a cleaning and comes in with a raging infection, they do the cleaning, because that was what the appointment was for. I am dumbfounded.
