Beautiful office, Quality equipment, but very disorganized. In one visit, I showed up for my appointment at 10am, and there was no one manning the front desk reception area for at least 30min. They were in a staff huddle. No sign was posted. I understand staff meetings are important, but who answers the phones? Who answers the requests of patients in the reception area? No one. Once I was finally checked in and sent to my room, I waited again. I had to have dental X-rays, a follow up with the dentist, scanning for a potential implant/revision. During this whole process, I was sent to 3 different exam rooms, seen by 3 different Dental Techs, and asked to pay in advance for potential services not even discussed with the dentist yet.. While sitting in an exam chair.. Of course once the eval was done by the dentist, it turned out I did not need the additional procedures that they were trying to get me to pay for. They do good work, just make damn sure they.. 1. Send claims to your insurance FIRST 2. Dont let the dental tech repeat failed imaging or scans.. get someone who knows what theyre doing. She spent 30 min trying to get an impression with some fancy new scanner.. meanwhile I sat there while she kept digging this gun like scanner in my mouth. Good luck

They took my dental insurance over phone when I made my appoinment to verify insurance and determine what copay etc should be prior to appoinment. But that wasnt done. They asked for cell phone number...but, didnt use it. In fact they called me in less than 48 hours to alert me the orthodontist had an emergency...which I found out the next appoinment was a lie. They lost my paperwork and I had to fill it out a second time. Getting xrays was the most uncomfortable experiece of my life. And I didnt find the front staff or financial staff competent. About the only thing they did quickly was send me a bill for an appoinment I couldnt make because I had a migraine...I called the morning of...but, they have a $50 cancellation fee if you dont call 48 hours prior to your appoinment. I wont be returning there...Im sure they will charge me for my records too. Most expensive lesson ever.

I have been Dr Kabasela PT for over 16 yrs & a complicated one at that due to various medical issues. Went in yesterday due to a lose implant crown that I thought needed to just be recemented. It turned out to be much more as a result of Dr. Kabaselas astute assessment. It got complicated but he is one of those specialists that loves a challenge. It took a minute to rectify but due to to his meticulous & skillful experience he was able to fix the problem. Hes very conscientious about my low tolerance for pain & ensured that I was comfortable throughout the duration of correcting the issue. Hes a perfectionist & does not believe in shabby work. I had an extremely positive outcome. My confidence in his ability on a scale of 1-10 is a "20". Thank you my special dentist.

Tyra and Courtney were so AWESOME! As soon as I walked in the office I was greeted and treated like family. Tyra advocated for me and made sure I was seen and taken care of immediately. She said, "We have to look out for each other." Ive never experience such stellar and excellent customer service at a dental office until I visited Metropolitan Dental Specialty Group. The dentist was very friendly and went above and beyond regardless of my financial situation. If youre looking for high quality service, this is definitely the place to go!!!

Always superb service and professional mannerisms. Accountability and transparency makes them the best that Ive seen for dental service. Always Clean, neat, organized and efficient, with sterilized tools. My insurance company is not in network of this office but because of the positive relationship I have with Metropolitan Dental Specialty Group, Im staying.
