I had my first visit last month and I was immediately impressed by the calm and attentive customer service provided by the receptionist, a young African American woman who made it her number one priority to ensure that her customers and me were cared for from the time I walked in until I left. I mentioned her race because I have only visited once and did not yet remember her name. She was so patient as I struggled with figuring out the right date for me and my husbands next appointment. Several activities were happening around her but she never lost focus on my needs. Her coworkers I assume other administrative staff were also very professional as they whispered to one another going along with their work. The dental techs and hygienist were also remarkable. Their thoroughness and kind way they addressed me and ensured all my questions were answered was also a model of perfect service. My teeth are super sensitive to cold and the hygienist never showed me any stress or sense of being bothered by having to do hand scrapping to clean my teeth. Its extra work for her and she did it very well without any problems. The dental technician was also very nice and quietly she and the hygienist communicated with a quiet whisper confirming back and forth. The doctor came in and quickly asked me perfect questions to give him my reason for transferring my services from one of the other branches. He was very attentive to learn about my experience their to find out if my experience was something he could improve on or not. That was a smart approach I thought and we got off very well on the right foot. He was very honest with me about what to expect with their services and well as with my visit there. This was the best experiences Ive had in several years.
