My kids dental appointments went well. However, due to a think she know it all staff member I rated it low. My youngest son was about to have his teeth cleaned and the hygienist that was going to clean his teeth had just left the area of another patient. I discretely asked her to change her gloves. She did with no hesitation. Thats when a coworker of hers , whom I wasnt talking to, invited herself into the conversation and said she didnt do anything with the gloves. No one asked her anything. Then the coworker stood there in the treatment area and touched her hair and scratched the outside of her nose. I didnt get the coworkers name but she was a young blacks woman who spoke Spanish and wore a purple type nail polish. The hygienist was a very pleasant and patient Asian looking woman. They say one bad apple can spoil the bunch and she sure did today.

I have a problem that they only filled one of my daughter cavities when I was told she had 4. Only to find out that her paper work that indicated she had 4 cavaties was not canned to her chart. When she got the one done they told he she has no more cavaties at this appt her step dad had taken her. Luckily I didnt listen to my 15 yr old I called them back and followed up and they said the same thing no more cavaties. I then told them ok her intial cleaning appt the dentist said she had 4, cavaties. This is when it was discovered nobody scanned in her paperwork. Laziness and lack of communication and I dont like it! This could have reall went left if I let my daughter cavaties go untreated.

Before I came to Adventure Dental I never enjoyed going to the dentist and would try and make excuses overtime I had an appointment. Then one day I came to adventure dental feeling the same way i did before yet this experience went much differently! My hygienist Sonya was absolutely amazing she made me feel safe, and comfortable while also keeping it fun, and if it wasnt for her my feelings toward going to the dentist would not have changed! Now Ive gone to adventure dental for over a year and overtime Sonyas bright smile greets me and helps me through the process and i am so grateful to know that some of the dentist really do Care but she is the best! and i would recommend her services!

Staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the dental care my children receive. I recently became a patient myself. My experience really warrant my 5 stars across the board rating. The front desk personnal are professional, and courteous. The young lady that is the Xray technician is very friendly, and professional. All the dentist and dental assistants are knowledge and make the patients feel comfortable, while being professional. The gentleman that cleaned my teeth was very gentle and thorough best cleaning I have every received.

These people dont care about the patients the staff there does not know what they are doing they mixed up my file and preformed a filling that I did not need then later I had to come back again because I had severe pain to this day I can not bite on anything. Just today I went back with my sister to see an orthadontist and they had us waiting for 3 hours to tell us that they could not do anything and that their shift was over. Why waste peoples time like this the staff is clueless as ever if you ask them anything overall just a terrible experience.

The dental assistants, receptionist, and doctors have wonderful attitudes and are very polite but the wait time was arduous and painful. I spent almost 3 hours in the clinic on a visit that shouldnt have taken no more than 45 min to an hour to complete. If Spending hours upon hours in the clinic is how its going to be every time we come, I dont think we will be going back to Adventure Dentist.

Customer service at front desk need a little training. Ive experience that there is no patient acknowledgment when you walk in. Waiting time was nice and fast. Service in the back is always pleasant. I strongly feel if your front desk was to improve there customer service skills you can easily get 5 stars. Thank you for your sevice.

When I enter Adventure Dental on Georgia Ave, I am greeted with a smile. The orthodontist always address by my name. Also the orthodontist are always ready, and ask me how I am doing throughout my visit, to ensure I am not in too much pain!

Not the best service today. Lost my sons file so it took longer to be seen. Then after the exam, they didnt have a part for cleaning. The whole process took over 3 hours. :(

The hygienist rushed and the dental assistant was clueless and very unorganized...my appt was at 4 got there at 3:45 and my kids didnt get seen till 5... thats not ok!!!
