Last year, Dr. Schobel spent pretty much his entire Christmas Eve Day performing an emergency root canal on my two front teeth, which I had knocked out playing basketball late the night before. Thats what I call going beyond the call of duty and being dedicated to your patients. But it didnt end there. Dr. G did a great job working with me moving forward, eventually giving me two beautiful crowns on those front teeth. I was a little nervous -- Id never had a crown before, let alone in the very front of my mouth where everyone can see! But these crowns look exactly like my old teeth did, and maybe even a little better. People dont believe me when I tell them that theyre not my original teeth. Long story short: These guys are seriously the best dentists you can find in the DC area. They care about their patients. They do excellent work. And theyll always go the extra mile to provide you with great care.

4 reviews 5.0 star rating 12/22/2016 I cant say enough good about Dr. Schobel and Dr. Gialanella. They are honest, smart, very friendly, and extremely skilled dentists. I have terrible teeth and Dr. Schobel has been absolutely fantastic to work with as we have repaired my mouth with 6 crowns and numerous fillings. He is very skilled and does impeccable work, and is always willing to answer my questions and listen to my concerns (if any arise). I have very high expectations for medical & dental providers, and there isnt a dental office I would recommend more. You are in great hands at District Dental!

The experience at District Dental is top notch. The office is clean and modern and the staff super nice and accommodating. They seems legitimately happy to be there. Youre never rushed there. It feels very boutique. Dr. G is awesome, for friendly and Caron and it doesnt hurt that hes very easy on the eyes ;) They submit to insurance for you and everything feels seamless and easy. Would definitely recommend The only downside parking but its in the middle of D.C. so what can you expect? At least theres a parking garage adjacent to the building.

I visited District Dental Center and saw Dr. Gialanella ("Dr. G"). The entire staff (receptionist, dental assistant, and especially Dr. G) were all professional, informative and friendly. Dr. Gs examination was thorough, and throughout he described, in clearly understood detail, each step of his examination, telling me why he was doing what he was and telling me the results of his examination. I highly recommend District Dental Center and Dr. Gialanella to anyone in DC who is seeking professional, caring and friendly dental care.

Washington Choice Dental Care is honestly the best dentists office in the city. Dr. Vitelli and his staff are incredibly friendly, efficient, and most importantly for a dentists office - gentle! I love how they have early appointment times available so I can go before work. Its the perfect location for people working and living in the city. They also have great giveaways and contests for their clients with great prizes to local restaurants and sporting events. I highly recommend this place if youre looking for a dentist.

Dr. Gialanella and hygienist, Sonya, did an amazing job! This was my first visit to this office but I have been a patient of Dr. Gialanella and Dr. Schobel for years. The cleaning was painless and very comfortable. Dr. Gialanella did a great job of explaining my xrays and everything going on inside my mouth as well as giving recommendations for home care. I will definitely be going back and would recommend any of my family and friends to this practice.

Very great experience. Dr. Gialanella is a perfectionist and pays close attention to detail - which is exactly what I want for a very sensitive and visible part of my face. Moreover, I had a broken tooth emergency and Dr. Gialanella made the time and effort to see to me under tight time constraints. I switched to Dr. G permanently! The rest of the staff is professional and courteous. The office is clean, neat and organized. Highly recommended.

Moved here a year ago and finally getting around to finding a local neighborhood dentist. This place looked the most legit out of the ones around me and their website is informative. Had my first cleaning, very professional, nicely designed office with a beautiful view of 19th Street from my chair! All the latest tech and gizmos at this office, lovely staff and two very charming dentists! Staying here for good!

I visited Dr. Gialanella for a routine check up recently and unfortunately I had a couple of cavities. I came in the next week and his work was nothing short of professional. Dr. G. was detailed in his work and I was never uncomfortable. In fact, it was one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had at a dentists office! I highly recommend District Dental Center.

District Dental does outstanding work! I had to have a root canal and crown put in with Dr. Schobel. He and his staff were great at walking me through the whole process and worked hard to ensure a comfortable experience. My teeth feel and look great! Ill be back for sure.
