To begin with, the facility is amazing. From the moment you enter the brand new building, you will see that not a detail was missed in planning the office. I was really pleased to find that attention to detail continued throughout each step of my visit. The office staff was professional, kind, and courteous. The dental assistant was incredibly thorough and gentle (no sore teeth or gums the next day). The rooms were beautifully maintained and incredibly clean. Dr. Lorei was extremely detailed in her explanation of my dental health. She took time to make sure I understood exactly what she was saying. It was clear that the dental health of her patients is her first priority.

Dr. Lorei and her professional team have created an exemplary dental experience. The team is attentive to detail, very organized and personable. They utilize the latest technology,innovations and techniques (including epinephrine free numbing agent! Ive always dreaded the traditional Novocaine due to its side effects). Also, in other dental practices I’ve experienced issues with billing/insurance, difficulty scheduling an appointment that fits my schedule as well as long in-office wait times. These issues are non-existent in this practice. The office is beautifully decorated, warm and very inviting. I can’t say enough about our positive experience.

I highly recommend Millenium Way Dental Studio. I have been to many dental facilities and this has been the greatest experience (by far) for myself and my family. I have 2 children, 6 and 3 and they love their new dentist. Dr. Lorei and her staff are amazing. When you first walk into the dental studio you receive a warm welcome from Shannon. Everyone in the dental studio is very friendly and professional. The facility is very clean and beautiful (I never thought I would describe a dental office as beautiful). I rate this dental studio higher than 5 stars!

Great team of ladies! They have made my dental experience pleasant. Never thought I would say that after a very painful root canal and infection, but I appreciated their follow up and help when needed. Dr. Lorei and Kacie both called me after hours to check on how I was doing. Never had that type of caring from a dental practice before. They are top notch! Their facility is absolutely beautiful too. My husband and I definitely recommend!
