Let me tell you about the quality of work and how they back it up... I had to get an appointment for a part of a tooth that came out. I went in to find out what could be done and to get a temporary filling. The appointment took about an hour of which the "temporary filling" took a less than 5 minutes. There was no novacane, no drilling needed for this shoddy work. After eating food on the opposite side all day, when I for the first time ate food on the "temporary filling" side that evening, it fell right out. I was charged a little over $100 dollars for this. I later called to schedule to get the tooth filled (permanently). I told the receptionist that I did not want to pay for the temporary filling that was stuck in barely attached. I said that if they insist on charging me, that Im not getting the permanent work done there. She proceeded to argue with me and repeated tell me that the filling was free. The $100 dollar charge was for the limited appointment. I told her I didnt want to pay for that either but she continued to argue that the filling was free, as a way to avoid addressing the problem.

This office performed an unnecessary procedure and then refused to correct the problems that arose from said procedure. They continued to "pass the buck", by a referral to another dentist and then denied all responsibility when the problem became overwhelming. The corporate entity that owns this practice, Heartland Dental, provides absolutely zero leadership and direction- it seems like just another big corporate money-maker trying turn dentistry into an assembly-line affair. I would recommend staying far away from these folks, as the "family practice" that they offer is anything but. Also, terrible customer service when they are trying to cover their mistakes....

Just had my first appointment with Dr. Katherine Rose since she joined the practice. She was very friendly and super professional and thorough. Very happy to have her on the team in Camp Hill. I highly recommend her! I had a chance to say good-bye to Dr. Katrina Chen on her last day as she moves on to specialize in kids. She was great! I really hated to see her leave, but wish her well. Looking forward to Dr. Rose staying for a LONG time ;-) Pumped that my hygienist Janelle is always there to clean my teeth so well and to be so warm, friendly and real !!!

Started out great was a clean and professional place. They gave me what I was going to owe out of pocket (over $400) and said it would be due before I left. I agreed and they did the work. After 2 months I get a bill in the mail for over $350 more. I called and they said that "they estimated" wrong and the insurance did not cover that part. I said "are you not a participant in my insurance?" They said yes. I said then how can you estimate wrong if you deal with this insurance company all the time. They had no response. Feel like I got scamed.

Very Pathetic about provided information. I visited their office and Doctor Told me everything is covered after looking into my insurance details. Suddenly I received a Bill of $200 which is because doctor is Out of network. I was never told me about that on my any visit to Doctor Office. They just Trap you and do not give any information or give wrong information about billing. I would not recommend anyone to visit there. Please be cautious. Bad Bad Bad...

The people in this place are scamsters. They gave false information and wrong estimation upfront and after procedure was completed, they mailed additional bills. They confirmed the dental procedure is in-network and few months later they sent additional bills claiming the insurance processed it as out-of-network. Avoid this place unless you have burning a hole in the pocket!

Great dental practice. I love this dentist, I have been going to them mostly periodically but recently I had oral surgery by Dr. Beaudry and devolped complications Dr. Arndt took over and was able to get everything fixed and corrected. My daughter also goes to this practice and she loves the dentist not afraid of going at all which is great for a seven year old.

Very awesome dentists went i am normally terrified of dentists but they cured me of that problem they were very patient and understanding and took care to inform me of everything they were going to do and about 10 min in they were done and i felt great ( was having a tooth extracted) didnt feel a thing would definitely recommend them if you need dental service.
