The receptionist is extremely friendly. She always remembers you and your pets. She even remembered my husband after not having seen him in over a year (and he had even shaved off his enormous beard so he looked completely different). My pets have seen 2 vets there and both were very nice and knowledgeable. Every once in a while Ill encounter an assistant who is less than friendly. But that is not the norm; and overall the staff is great. The prices seem comparable to other clinics. Its always a little nerve-wracking when getting prescription meds. You never know which arm and leg youll be giving them that day. But I have never felt ripped off or overcharged. The only issue I have seen is the apparent state of the clinic. It feels cold and a little rundown. The waiting area isnt split (one side for cats and the other for dogs). Maybe I was just spoiled by my last vet. But im sure there is enough space for that kind of layout; a partition, even just a half wall, that could separate one side from the other. That small feature helps a lot when you have a giant skiddish cat as well as a frightened anti-social dog. I suppose I could crate my animals, but Ive never been one to do that and like I said... spoiled by my last vet. Also, the exam tables in the rooms are basically just metal trays. Again, attributing to the cold feeling. My last vet in NC had a designated room for cats and one for dogs so they wouldnt smell the others and get anxious. The cat room had a makeshift "cat cave" on the counter for them to hide in while we were waiting. (PVC piping and an old towel) And there were plug-in pheromones to keep them calm. Just an idea. Thats really the only reason why Im giving 4 stars instead of 5. The clinic itself could benefit from a little updating.

Horrible experience. I work in the medical profession as an RN, so I asked tons of questions and researched everything. I was told in my appointment that what I had read never happened and not to worry, I asked about things to look for in regards to Side effects and was told the pet might be tired. Several hundred dollars and a trip to the pet emergency room proved otherwise. If I didnt work nights I would have woken up to a dead pet, if I wasnt an RN I wouldnt have recognized an allergic reaction. I tried to call the vet to let them know it does happen, just so we can prevent this from happening to other peoples pets. I was told the doctor isnt in and she would call me back. I was professional about this. A week latter no call, I call again: Im put on with the case manager who gives me a whole line about they arent to blame, and that the doctor is busy and will call me back. Two weeks latter no call, I call again. Guess what the doctor is out. I was not trying to place blame, or get my Money back, or make them take responsibility. I simply wanted to update her on my pet and let her know what I learned from the er doc. ER doctor stated the allergic reaction happens frequently in that breed, contrary to what the primary vet told me. I tried to be professional and was ignored. So Ill settle for modern. Dont bring your pet here if you care about them. They are just in it for the money. For the curious mind, Dr Jensen.

Ive been taking my Aussie there for several years. Everything was ok UNTIL my appointment go switched from one vet to the other, a new one that I hadnt seen before. The primary reason for my visit was that she apparently had an ear infection. The vet did not look in her ears. That concerned me. She got snarky about it and then made a show to look but it really didnt look like she did. I was worried about the prescribed treatment and looked it up online. Dangers and warning regarding using this treatment for geriatric dogs... like my 13 year old Aussie. It was not supposed to be prescribed without cultures as it was designed to work against 2 specific bacteria. When I called to question this after the appointment I was very unhappy with the tone used on me. It was very aggressive, haughty, defensive, insulting... I had been told that a followup would be easy enough... but when I asked for a followup I was told no... it had been too long... I had been perfectly satisfied until I encountered this vet. I wont be back... Im certain I can find someone who I feel comfortable with and who wont treat me with a high degree of disrespect when I ask questions regarding the care of my dog.

I absolutely love taking my dog Tank here. He was experiencing excruciating pain and I decided to try acupuncture. Dr. Jeremiah & Kris started his treatment and within 3 treatments he is up & running around. The compassion and attention that he recieves goes above and beyond my expectations. They are always happy to see him and everybody at the office greets him each time he comes in. The receptionist, Debbie, is very friendly and inviting to talk to. When I have a question or concern, Dr. Jeremiah calls me back the same day so that we can address them. Thank you so much for all that you have done to help my pup! I highly recommend this Veterinary Hospital for all of your pets needs.

If I could give them twenty stars I would do so. We have been using their services with our pets for more years than I can count. They show true compassion and love for each and every animal they treat. If you love your pet . . . trust Button to give the very best care possible.

I have had cats and a dog go there. I have been happy with the treatment. I can see that they do push for an appointment, but so dose my Dr. I have found them friendly and knowledgeable. I trust them with my pets. Thanks for the good work.
