The second week of Jan I brought in a dog. 12 year old Golden mix. He had a cyst on his upper left eye lid. We saw it had been growing more recently felt it was worth the risk to have him put under to have the removal done. On the 20th of Jan the removal was done by your staff. A number of sutures were put in his eye lid. We were asked that we return in two weeks for suture removal. On Saturday the 4th of Feb you took him in to remove the sutures.. at about 11:45 I picked up our dog and a "doctor" told me that they were removed and his eye was looking so much better. When I got him home his eye was Not looking better infact it was worse. I credited that to the fact that it perhaps got irritated during the removal of said sutures. 4 more days passed and still I was not seeing improvement. I decided to take a close look myself at his eye lid with a strong light and glass. I found a number of sutures were remaining in his eye lid. I was able to remove one.. This past Thursday I made another appointment with Jackson Highway Clinic to have them take a look at what was going on. They were shocked at how many sutures were remaining in him. They proceeded to remove them and his eye is much better.

Our beloved senior chihuahua, Gordon, suffered heart failure on his way home to Canada. With compassion and kindness, Dr. Ruminski and her staff helped us to ease his way over the Rainbow Bridge. Although they tried to revive him with oxygen and diuretics, he was too spent. As Dr. Ruminski brought us into the hospital area, she said "He waited for you." As he passed, she asked if we could ease his way with euthanasia, which we agreed to. We were able to stroke him and talk to him and kiss his head as he left us. I cannot say enough about these outstanding professionals. Our dear "little man" lived a grand life and his passing was just as grand, thanks to them. They were a true blessing.

Buttercup had a "Daddy", my brother Steve, who died two weeks ago. Buttercups mom (my mom) is in critical care unit of providence hospital. My momma wanted to see buttercup before going under the knife. Centralia Chehalis veterinary was too busy, too busy to talk or reconsider the need for papers & shots that would allow a visit. We dont have to visit the Middle East to witness gross inhumanity and cruelty. My momma just wanted one last cuddle n kiss from her pup, Buttercup.

You know I dont understand why so many of the receptionists at many vet offices are so rude. As they are at cascade, never a thank you or goodbye, just slam the phone in your ear. Its not my fault I have to cancel because my dog refuses to get in the car. Just because you have to talk to them first they act like they own the place. There are plenty of other polite vet offices I will take my fur babies to, that the vets are excellent as well.

We recently purchased our first two pigs and one of them came up lame with a limp so after asking around for a good vet we were encouraged by several people to call Cascade West. The vet who called us back was rather short and rude with us. After the recommendations that we received we expected more in the way of customer service and in the end we did not receive the help we needed. In the future I will go elsewhere for my veterinary needs.

I have taken my goats and cat here. They are very affordable and reasonable. I even had to put my cat down with them, and they treated me with such kindness and compassion. Definitely have earned my business. I appreciate their willingness to squeeze in animals in an emergency without taking advantage of the situation with an overly large cost associated . I love Cascade vet. I have had Dr. White come out for my horses and she has been wonderful. If the rest of the office is as great a place as Dr. White is a person then I will use them the rest of my life for all of my animals. Didnt care for Dr. Humfreys but hey anyone can have a bad day!

Brought in a 5 year old dog to get taken care of for a week as well as 2 shots. When we got back, 4 of his teeth have been pulled out with roots and all. "Dont come back" they said, as if we were planning on it.
