Care was good.... I will say that bedside manner could be improved..... Euthanasia conversations should not happen when other patients are waiting.. as that is a delicate subject.. and cannot always be "handled" in 15 mins.. In addition, my cat who was being treated at the clinic.. took a turn for the worst and I had to have him hospitalized.. this was a Thursday ... I received a call from the receptionist on Friday morning as they had been contacted by the emergency vet.. she said she would check back with me on Monday to see how he was doing .. He didnt make it to Monday .. the emergency vet told me that they always notify the regular vet... so they were aware of his death.. I was shocked , and to be honest, I still am. His passing was never acknowledged by anyone at the clinic at all.. no phone call , not even a card.... I was devastated by his death.. I had a very special relationship with this cat.. I have lost animals before both to natural causes and to euthanasia due to disease, and I have never had a veterinary clinic fail to acknowledge the death of a pet ... until now.... I wont be back..

I took my dog in for a second opinion, unhappy with vet I had been going to for years. Dr. Sperlich and her staff took excellent care of my poorly diagnosed dog, did a preliminary biopsy, gave me options, and in particular, did not go out of the scope of her capabilities. Even though I had a dog that had terminal cancer, she and her staff made time for me when I needed help with him and when the time came to put him to sleep, they were wonderful. My new vet is Browns Point and I have to drive 30 minutes to get there. I cannot compliment them enough.

Dr. Sperlich is a rare breed. She is completely devoted to the well-being of the animal, and exhibits genuine compassion and care for the guardian as well. Her devotion to our cat, raised the quality of his life for many years, and as a result, raised the quality of our lives as well. Our experience with Dr. Sperlich has been exemplary, we would not take our animals to anyone else for their care. It was traumatic to have to put our cat down, and her compassion made it bearable. We are so thankful for Dr. Sperlich.

When we moved to Tacoma I did a search for a new Vet. I rejected all the ones nearer my house based on brief conversations with them on the phone or from talking to neighbors. Finally I located this clinic out in Browns Point. Today Im a loyal customer. I take our three dogs there and Im glad I found them. Really nice staff, good veterinary care based on listening to what Im saying and common sense as well as professional knowledge. And a fair price.

I had my first visit today with Dr. Sperlich. She was wonderful! Very caring and spent a lot of time with my two rescue dogs. One has IBD and Im doing my best not to have him on steroids etc. He had his first acupuncture treatment today. He did pretty well for a first timer. I highly recommend Dr. Sperlich and her practice. So glad I went to her. And will continue to do so.

Excellent veterinarian practice. We had our Chihuahua operated on for a cyst as well as spayed, and not only was the surgery expertly done, but it was less expensive than even "Vets for less". We found our veterinarian home! Friendly, courteous and obviously caring service. Thank you, too, for saving our dogs life! We so appreciate Dr. Sperlich and the staff.
