Garbage! After being a patient for over a year, they got busy and are a complete fing three ring circus. They have zero clue how to handle the patient load. The "wait list" is a front. In case you didnt already figure that out, and the rude and hostile scheduler refused to answer my direct question regarding that fact. She had the nerve to suggest I call them daily to try to get in sooner. Who has that kind of time? Get it together! They call almost a week later WITH MY MRSA diagnosis AFTER I WAITED A MONTH TO GET IN as a RETURNING PATIENT with legitimate skin emergencies. Then they get seriously ticked when I lost my mind and melted down in response to the hostile, zero compassion filled presentation of my diagnosis. How dare I not take my news and quickly LET THE RECEPTIONIST WITH NO MEDICAL TRAINING, assigned to call me TO INFORM ME OF MY MRSA DIAGNOSIS, back to filing her nails. No return call from the doctor as requested. Call me stunned! Confrontational and just rotten inside. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. Super compassionate! Enjoy your botox "emergencies." Wink wink! Oh yeah, see the other area on my hand that has gotten worse. Sorry to interrupt your margarita lunch hour with my diagnosis and needs of human compassion. By the way Pike, when YOU spell a patients name wrong and they correct you, they really dont need you to confirm that they are right and actually do know HOW to spell their own names. Check yourself. Thanks also for the genuine concern/follow up on how my SKIN LESIONS HAVE GOTTEN WAY WORSE. Awesome work all the way around and daily BLISTERS ARE POPPING UP ALL OVER BOTH OF MY ARM! I apologize for confusing your office with an actual medical facility of some sort. Whoopsie. Im so dumb. I can see why you took a dump on me like that.

I am a long time patient of Dermatology Inc. I visit that office very very often through out the year. Every time I call, get a phone call, or visit their office I experience nothing but the best service from both doctors and especially the staff. Their staff is the best. LOVE THIS OFFICE.

Very polite and straight to the point there. They ask you whats been going on, thoroughly check you over and give you the meds and tips you need. Dr. Pike is awesome.
