I could not walk, dizzy, everything going in circles I thought I had an inner-ear infection or vertigo! My Doctor had no appointments n I figured I could sleep it off, then my best friend told me she was taking me to the hospital I told her let me call the Doctor in New Caney. I did and my appt was in 1 hr. I was amazed, walked in, saw NPA, had test that I would have gone elsewhere or another day and the results of all test the same day! Treated and until I could go back to work I have an appt in the a.m. Thats not it they wanted me to see a specialist which will see me in a week at Dr. Willing office! Impressed, Amazed and I will be changing Doctors. God Bless Ole County Town Doctors n Staff!!!

Great office! I came in with knee pain, had a short wait time and got back to a room to see Dr. Willens. He ordered a X-Ray and an ultrasound that I got to have done all on the same day and follow up. After my testing i went back in the room and went over the results with Dr. Willens, he was very patient while i asked all my questions and offered to give me a knee injection to help with the pain. I got the injection and went on my way, the next day the nurse called to see how my knee was feeling and if my injection worked! This place is by far the best family doctor around and my knee is feeling back to normal with no pain at all. I highly recommend to all of my friends and family.

This is the by far best Doctor I have ever met! He took his time and was very thorough with everything. He found the spot on my back that I have been having pain in for the last almost 18 years that no other Doctor could find. He found it with one X-ray! He showed me where my pain was without me having to pinpoint it out. All the other Doctors Ive ever went to never could tell me anything other than "you need to go to a pain Dr or a Chiropractor"...with that being said all in all I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE! DR. WILLENS is now helping with all my medical needs and Im happy to be his patient! **********

If it werent for the fact that I like Dr Willens and Caroline, I would have ditched this place a long time ago. Today I went in for a minor procedure, and as usual it took 20 minutes to check out. No one even acknowledged I was there even though I was standing right in front of the counter, nor did they have presence of mind to ask if I had been helped. Only after I asked how much longer it would be was my chart brought up front so I could pay. The front office staff definitely lives in their own little world and has little to no regard for customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. Because they have paper charts they make it difficult for you to obtain records. Quit being lazy and convert to electronic so you dont have to pull the I have to pull your chart so that first page is 25 dollars" many other Doctors around with better staff, equipment and rxord handling. Dont waste your time or money.

These people filed against my credit. I have bank records showing I PAID on the day of my visit. My intention is now to file a suit against them for credit repair, lost time from work, etc... they wont even return my calls! This is a "business"????

Very friendly staff. They seem to really care. Reminds me of a ol country Dr office. They do seem to run as many test as allowable, but I give them the benefit of the doubt.
