I think it is great for people to be able to express their opinions about the care they receive whether it be good OR bad, but it is a shame for someone to give such a negative review based on something they obviously know nothing about. Our office is one of the few that accept all types of insurance, yes......even the ones that dont cost the patient one cent & dont pay the Dr. enough to adequately staff his office. We would love to offer payment plans to all our patients but we can not operate a business on the "hope" that everyone would honor those agreements. (most do not) I would also like to know what other business out there allows you to receive first and pay later ?? Do you take your items home from Wal-Mart and tell them you will pay later ? Does a mechanic fix your car and let you drive off in it for free ? Im also curious about the ER comment. Did you give a negative review for them as well because you cant afford to go there ? Or just us ? Is it ok for them not to offer a payment plan ? As for the insane waiting period to get in for an appointment......we do the best we can to get patients in as quickly as possible. There are just so many hours in a day and so many days in a week. The fact that we are so booked up just tells me that if that many people are trying to get in to see us........well we must be doing something right !!

I have been seeing Dr Fanous for about 2 years and I think he is wonderful, and I just love his staff. When I called to make an appointment they were scheduled out about a month but put me on a waiting list to be seen sooner if there was any cancellation. Dr Fanous was very helpful and answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand. He scheduled me for a procedure and the nurse explained the prep to me step by step and advised me to call her if I had any questions. I did end up having questions and she was very helpful. I had a great experience at this office and would recommend him to everyone.
