We went to the new clinic on Sand Lake Road right after our car accident. Our first impression was that this was a machine--a system set up to get money from insurance companies while preying on injury victims. I wish I could refute that statement now, but I cant. The masseuse was great. He did wonders for soft tissue healing and guiding us through therapeutic exercises. The chiropractor/doctor helped as much as hindered. Many times we started into headaches or new pains as a result of adjustments. I wanted to stop adjustments entirely. But no. You had to do ALL of it. And pay for all of it. He was very straight forward about injuries and excellent about educating you as to their seriousness, to the point of terrifying you. Overall, the treatments helped. However, when our insurance money began to run out... We stopped treatment. In an insurance settlement, we will only be able to obtain a finite payment for any additional medical needs. Looking at the possibility of multiple surgeries which may exceed our settlement, we informed them that we would not be returning. The business manager tried to persuade us to continue forward with the argument that the clinic would get its payment from the other guys insurance. Thats right. From the limited amount of settlement money we might need for surgery. Because we didnt complete the 8 week regiment of "treatment," the chiropractor/doctor refused to give a final report of our injuries for our demand letter. In fact, when I spoke with him on the phone (politely), he was down right rude. I could hear in his tone the fact wed messed up his scam. Keep in mind this was after 4 WEEKS of treatment totaling around $16,000 to $20,000 for the two of us. I understand if youre angry because I messed up your system, but for heavens sake, act like a professional, please. As first assessed, this company is a machine. That said, everything is streamlined. They do take care of all your paperwork and everything is in-house. No need to trek across the city for multiple treatments. If you hire an attorney, as they will strongly urge you to do, they will take all of the headaches (other than the physical ones) away. If you have personal insurance and were in an accident, your costs should be covered just fine. If you dont, seek treatment elsewhere. Even if you do, you should probably seek treatment elsewhere.

Lets talk about this place... I go to the Apopka office for physical therapy after being involved in an auto accident. Holy moly is this place wonderful! Im in a constant state of pain until I go there. Then Im greeted by the always smiling and cheerful Allison and Michelle at the front desk. First, I get adjusted by Dr. Ortiz and this guy is an angel. Look Im a huge person. Im 66 and 330lbs so its not easy to make my bones move but he gets it every time. I certainly make him work for his money. He really gets to you on a personal level and is always willing to help with my recovery. Then I go to therapy. Even if everything else about this place sucked. The staff will make you smile. To say that the environment is happy and optimistic would be a drastic understatement. These people are always so happy to see me and greet me on a first name basis. Its always hey Mike! Hows the kids? Hows the wife? These are truly wonderful people. Aeysha, Bianca, Sean, Russel , Mike, Allen, and Hannah!!!!!! Even when Im in excruciating pain they figure out a way to put a smile on my face and I leaving feeling physically and mentally better than I was when I walked in. My accident and subsequent injury have been difficult to deal with but St. Germain chiropractic has been one of the lone bright spots of this whole ordeal. Thanks for everything guys,wish I could give you 12 stars

He is all about the money. If you want to learn how to extract money from people in a systematic way, he is your guy, but if you want to get your back or neck fixed, go elsewhere. Before I knew any better he had me signed up for about a year in advance, going 2-3 times a week. On top of that, I had to go to mandatory "educational" classes! Im not trying to be a chiro. Just fix my problem, dude. st germain is one of the biggest ripoffs in the Apopka area. Mention his name to any reputable chiropractor in the area and see the countenance on his/her face change. I went to him before his bogus weight loss miracle plan that hes scamming people with now. I know I was at least semi-stupid for signing up a year in advance, but cant fathom believing that people think they can lose 30 lbs of fat in 40 days. Thats physically impossible with having it sucked out. People are lazy and stupid in general and believe what they want to hear. I believe he may have sucked 30 lbs of my money out of my pockets for the year I was stupid. Buyer beware! P.S. Google reviews sucks at math almost as badly as st germain sucks at chiropractic. Theres no way his reviews average out to 4.3!!! Google, WTF??? Tighten up your math skills!

This place is downright terrible. Ive gone here for a while and it is a revolving door. They cant seem to keep any staff for over a couple months and THAT ALREADY TELLS YOU SOMETHING about how they treat their workers. Ive heard the MANAGEMENT say questionable and hurtful things TO their employees AND behind their backs. I originally was in an accident and they just give the same treatment to everyone. If we all have different issues from auto accidents, why do we all get the same treatment?! Then they tried to sell me treatment for so much money when I KNOW my insurance covers what I needed. For example, they tried to sell me multiple massages at $25 for 15 minutes. Ive worked in chiropractic in the past, and we always billed massages under manual therapy. IT IS COVERED. After I was asked to do that, I was OVER this place. THAT IS INSURANCE FRAUD. The only lovely people there is the ladies at the front desk and some in the back. Ive never even seen St Germain and I went there because he was the towns number one chiropractor. Yeah, so much for that... They just ask your permission to use your name to get the votes! I will never go to this place again. And I suggest you dont either. They treat people like crap!

I cant say enough good things about this place! The staff is amazing. From the warm greeting you receive when you walk in the door, to the brilliant Chiropractors and the mind blowingly friendly and talented LMTs and staff . Its more than just great care though. Its the instant relationships that they create. Sadly to say, you dont see in to many places anymore. Bianca, is just a ray of sunshine. Kind, smart, funny. A true and precious gem. Curtis and Russell always give top notch care. Shaun is just one in a million. There is a kindness that just beams off of him. And Robert (Bobby) who took such great care of my son, he is worth his weight in gold. Not only is he an amazing LMT but he made Ben feel at ease and really took the time to get to know him. He remembered what Ben told him on his first visit and he asked about how things went on his second visit!! Who does that anymore? This office puts people first. Youre not a number here. Youre family. They have created an atmosphere that makes you feel like youve come home. . Everyone there makes you priority one. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
