I have had back problems for 15 years - since I was 11! I have done pt, cortisone injections, and even had two surgeries and STILL had constant lower back pain! I also have been getting stroke-like migraine/tension headaches for about 10 years and have not been able to find relief from them. My husband tweaked his back a couple months ago and came to see Dr. Dishman and afterwards, suggested I come in for a visit. I figured there was no way anyone was going to be able to solve these problems if they hadnt been solved by now, but I figured Id humor my husband and come in. I have been coming for less than 2 months now and my back feels better than I can remember it feeling in a LONG time and I havent even had to take my daily migraine pills! I am so grateful for what Dr. Dishman and Dr. MacDermott have been able to do and have already recommended them to just about everyone I know!

I was in town on business and tweaked my neck and shoulder, and was going to be on the road for two weeks in agony... This chiropractic office was not far from my hotel and explained my situation to the awesome office staff, and they worked with my presentation schedule and were able to fit me in. Dr. Dishman was incredibly personable with a kind and soft demeanor; he was funny made me feel at ease with his jokes and conversation, which is soo important with a doctor you dont know! Ive only ever been to one chiropractor my whole life, so this was a serious ordeal for me. He put me all back in line and even had the masseuse help me loosen up and keep everything in place. The place was clean, everyone was warm and professional, and if this office were where I lived, I would make it my regular chiropractic office.

I had my first real back pain ever, a sciatic nerve issue. It went on for a month and only got worse. I was in exteme pain anytime I was not laying down. I went to this Chiropractor not expecting much releif. I went 4 times and had adjustments, laser therapy, and massages. After my 4th visit, I finally felt relief. I went in for one more visit and I was able to function again. My pain pretty much went away after this and I was able to continue on with life. They are all very nice, they have a nice office, and great prices. I was obviously not working for a month and a half and I could still afford them. I hope I never need to go to a chiropractor again but if I do, it will be to this one. Thank you.

Dr. Bret was recommended to me about 2 years ago and my whole family and I see him regularly. I take my young kids to see him whenever they get ear infections and with an adjustment and laser therapy, they get better immediately- no need for antibiotics. He has also seen us on weekends for emergency visits. He also sells young living essential oils so its so nice to have THIEVES, R.C. and other oils always available when I need them urgently. My mom comes from Honduras to see Dr,Brett because its the only way she gets back pain relief. AND he has awesome massage therapists! I have referred many people to dr.brett and they all love him and get great results.

I have been to several different chiropractors before. I have had lower back pain for many years. Brett is a one of a kind guy. He is honest, very nice, and his staff really seems to enjoy working for him. He has been able to alleviate pain in a quick and professional manner. In addition to the great chiropractic work he does, he has medically trained massage therapists in the office and a 30 min massage is included with your visit. Unlike other office, they are not pushy and force you to come back weekly, you end up coming back on your own because the service is so great. My wife also get prenatal massages and she also loves it.

I LOVE this place! Dr. Dishman and Dr Macdermot are both very good at working with you, and caring for your needs. I had a heart palpitation issue that I needed to improve, and no cardiology route was helping. It didnt 100% fix my heart issue, but it has helped immensely. The massage therapists are all very good as well. Their scheduling services are excellent, and I have a great experience every time I see them. If you live anywhere in Orlando, this is the chiropractor for you! With my insurance, they are also incredibly affordable. Highly recommend - a satisfied customer

Ive been a patient at Orlando Resorts Chiropractic for years now. Theyve always taken care of my needs and gone above that. Dr. Macdermott and Dr. Dishman are both amazing professionals who know how to take care of their clients. They always go out of their way to not only treat you, but to make sure you stay well. The medispa team is amazing as well. Sylvia is a rockstar massage therapist To put it simply, this team is not even in my insurance network and I still only go to them for my chiropractic care. Visit and see for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

Dr. Bret saved our vacation! My husband was barely able to walk when we got to Orlando for a two week stay. Dr. Bret diagnosed his problem, treated him efficiently and very effectively and got him back on his way to being pain free. The reasonable rates of the practice combined with Dr. Brets expertise, the lovely location and the friendliness of the personnel are all the reasons why we will definitely come back to see Orlando Resorts Chiropractic as well as recommend it to others. We wish we had them in Philadelphia!

Ive had great experiences at this office! The reception staff is friendly and very professional and the atmosphere is very calming and peaceful. Dr. Tyler Dishman is amazing, he takes time to listen and really cares about making sure your fix isnt just temporary but a complete restoration to health. The massage therapists are very professional as well and have helped me tremendously every time Ive needed them. Id highly recommend this office to anyone!

Im on vacation this week from Minnesota and all of a sudden my back decides to completely cripple me, found these guys on my Google machine with good reviews and i decided to go with them. I am so happy i did, they treated me like i had been a customer for years, excellent customer service as well as getting me in immediately for an appointment. My adjustment was perfect along with a relaxing massage. Thank you so much for saving my vacation!

Dr. Bret has to be said to be the best Chiropractor I have every visited in the USA or Europe and a true friend to the tourist. When a neck crisis hit my friend Sarah on a saturday morning, after a ride on space mountain our holiday looked in serious jeopardy. Dr Bret in person was there in 2 hours fixed the neck and offered follow up, which was not need due to first class treatment. Cost was very very reasonable.

I called several places while on vacation and this was the first place willing to see me. The front desk staff was competent & kind were able to get me in that morning. The office felt like a day spa and the doctor was very nice. I will absolutely keep this office in my contacts for my next trip to the Orlando area.
