If you are looking for a family dentist, that you will keep forever, your search is over. My family has been coming to White Smile Dental Group for over 15 years, and we love them. They are kid friendly (my kids were 5 when we started taking them here), and they are in college now. We have gotten cleanings, fillings, braces, root canals, posts, crowns, the works. If you are freaked out about going to the dentist, call Carlos (the office manager), and make an appointment. All of the doctors are awesome. I have seen them all. Insurance, PPO, HMO, Medical, or if you have no insurance and need to pay cash. Carlos can make it happen for you. They will work with you, and find options to make it happen. I dont write reviews, normally, and they did not ask me to write this review, but after my visit yesterday, I feel that I should. I have had some major issues personally, and yesterday I went in for a cleaning, and while I was there, they did 3 fillings. After your initial exam, Carlos will come over and talk to you and give you all possible options, depending on what you want to do. I am telling you, if you are afraid of the dentist, or have anxiety about the dentist, or are worried about if you are covered, call Carlos. He will help you out. DO IT NOW.

crooks!! they deserve ZERO STARS. this place is run by crooks. the office "manager" carlos charged us for a "white filling" vs "metal filling" (like in 1960s) in the excuse that my insurance doesnt cover white fillings?!!! after calling my insurance we found out there is no such thing and that they should have never charged me a dime. WE FOUND THAT THEY DIDNT EVEN PRESENTED THE INSURANCE THAT WE PAID ANYTHING IN OUR VISIT! SO THEY ARE LAYING TO YOU THE COSTUMER AND THEN ONCE MORE TO THE INSURANCE! they charged us in two different occasions, not once but twice, we are now filing a law suit against them, and of course the insurable company opened a claim, against them. BE AWARE, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU ILLEGAL FEES WITHOUT TELLING THE INSURANCE ABOUT IT! i read older reviews talking about the exact same thing, this place is doing it as a system. unfortunate for them, they have massed with the wrong person this time.

MY EXPERIENCE @ WHITE SMILES - EXCELLENT. COURTESY OF ALL STAFF. & ANGEL WAS EXCELLENT AT ALL ASPECTS WITH JOB DUTIES. VERY RESPECTABLE, POLITE. EXPLAINS & ANSWERS ALL CONCERNS. HE DEFINITELY DESERVES. RECOGNITION FOR EXCELLENT PT. CARE. IT IS A PLEASURE WHENEVER I GO THERE. DR SHING - EXCELLENT @ ALL THAT SHE DOES. Dr Leim and his staff are fantastic. I am very happy with the service they provide. I recently received a filling and was so surprised at how fast they were able to treat me and with the quality of work. Dr Leim always explains exactly what hes doing and he is very meticulous with his work. I am so happy to have found them. In addition, as a patient without dental insurance I have been afraid of big dental bills in the past but here they are straightforward and very reasonable. No surprises and no pressure ... I highly recommend them!

I recently started dental treatment at White Smiles Dental Group. The staff is truly pleasant and very comforting to work with. Best of all is they will work with you if your insurance does not cover completely. The office manager Carlos was really great and professional, helped me workout a payment plan that was affordable for me. I’d recommend them to everyone.

Went here for the first time. They tried to charge me a lot for a procedure. Then when I got a feeling the doctor was very irritated that I was taking too long to get numb. I only got a filling done and it still hurt pretty bad because she was tired of waiting for me to get numb. Teeth were uneven so I had to go back again. Worst experience at a dental office.

Dr. Shawn is a great dentist. I got my braces done with him and Im so happy. Dr Shawn and his staff are always helpful with any questions or concerns I have when I come in.
