I can honestly write a longer review but I will not waste my or anybody elses time on this too much and this business does not worth it either. If you need detailed info read the other negative reviews. They are just not good so do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If you need to know the specifics in short, I visited them almost 5 months ago for cleaning. They insisted on putting a crown on a teeth that I had no complaints about. It was my day off and I thought that it would be good to get it taken care of, mistake #1 - on my end. I literally spent the whole day there, taking a break around noon and coming back again. Got the crown and my teeth started feeling sensitive. I gave it couple of months but my tooth did not feel any better and I stopped using that side to chew completely. I made the second appointment and they said the crown had issues fitting and they supposedly fixed it. The doctor said if it still causes an issue they will replace it free of charge. I said OK. Couple more months later, the issue is still not fixed decided to make another appointment to go back to get it replaced. I am just busy so I dont have time to go back there every other week... Took the earliest appointment possible thinking I can get it done and go to work a little late rather than taking the day off. I went to the office and my appointment took 2 minutes after I got in. The doctor simply came in and said he will need to replace the crown which would be free of charge - which I already knew, but I needed to make another appointment?!? First of all I waited 2 weeks for the appointment time to go there. Second of all he should have already known what was going to happen since I told them I was still having issues with the same tooth when I made the appointment, so it is obvious what needs to be done. Third of all when I was setting up the time for the next appointment with the person upfront I asked why this is not being done right at that moment her response was because there were 3 other patients booked at the same time?!? I am having hard time understanding how you can book 4 people including me to the same time slot. She either lied or they simply did not want to take care of it because it just was not going to make them any more money. It is UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL to your patient to do that, to have them come to office to simply book another appointment. Once this tooth situation is taken care of they can simply forget about any business from me or my family! I wish I could give a 0 star rating...SAVE YOURSELF AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE EVEN IF THIS IS THE LAST DENTIST AROUND.

Completely wasted my time. I went in for a cleaning and only got x-rays. Made a second appointment for cleaning but only got sent to a salesperson who proceeded to try to pressure me into getting a laser treatment on my gums. I should have recorded this ridiculous conversation - she told me my mouth would taste like barbecue afterwards... Since I refused their "recommended treatment" their idea of a compromise was to, instead of give me a cleaning, just rub whitening compound on my teeth.

I can attest to being a new patient and bringing my sons here for their dental care. I am impressed with the knowledge and ease with which my family has had their initial appointments, cleanings, and x-rays. The staff is very friendly and there was little wait time once we arrived. I am happy so far with the service.
