Terrible. I found 5 pairs of glasses they were supposed to have. They were out of stock on all five pair. Everyone in there looked like unprofessional hipsters and the 2 people I experienced were completely unhelpful. I dont know if she was just having an off day or what but Helen was really rude. The other person who "helped" me called 2 other stores to check their stock on a pair of glasses I found online. They said they would call him back after checking. He hung up the phone and then told me they probably wont call back then started randomly handing me glasses saying oh these are nice, buy these. I was so annoyed with them I didnt even end up buying frames TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I went in for a basic exam which I was told when I set up the appointment was going to be $49.99. Everyone was really nice and friendly so I was happy overall until I went to pay and suddenly the $49.99 had turned into $133 for the exam. Apparently the "basic exam" doesnt cover actually seeing the doctor and there was an additional $85 fee for the contact lens fitting part. No one mentioned that during the exam or when I called originally and specifically told them I needed new contacts. Needless to say I was not happy and it seemed like a really shady move on their part. I have no idea how they get people to return by ripping them off that like.

I went in to get some inexpensive glasses because my regular set was lost on a recent trip to chicago. Everyone was kind and helpful except daniella who was really pushy when I told her I really just wanted the cheapest lenses to save money. I thought I might buy an extra set of lenses to turn the new pair into sunglasses later down the road. But I found out that lenscrafters has some kind of shady pricing structure where buying lenses alone is the same price as buying lenses and frames together. Really lenscrafters????

I went in to get my glasses repaired, because a screw in the frames had popped out and I lost it. The woman I talked to said they could do the repair, and when I asked what day I could pick them up she said it would only take about 10 minutes. She came back less than 3 minutes later, with my glasses in hand--missing screw replaced and the other one tightened. I was so impressed with the speed, quality, and professionalism during my visit. Thank you!

I came here three days ago and everyone here was so nice and so helpful. I purchased three awesome pairs of glasses. My prescription ended up feeling way too strong, so a few days later i am back feeling horrible that i need to complain.. and AGAIN, they were sooo nice, gave me a second exam, and replaced all three pairs in less than an hour. I ended up buying a fourth!! Thank you thank you to everyone here at clark street! You guys rock!

I was told that with my insurance I would be able to have no problem getting glasses at a discounted price. Then after I had already been through the entire appointment they made me aware that they lied and I wouldnt be able to get glasses after all. The doctor was extremely rude and the assistants, even though they were nice, had no clue what they were doing!

Just got my first pair of glasses, ever, and I must say I was happy with the respectful treatment me and my girlfriend got from every employee that helped us at this Clark location. We got more than a pair of glasses each. Ive gone to readjust and exchange lenses once already and they were just as nice. And we got 40%off of glasses as well.

I spent 30 minutes in the store and was not acknowledged one time by any of the 6 employees that seemed to be doing nothing. Not even a hello! But I was definitely being watched as I tried on glasses. (Im not white and was not surprised when the white customers that entered after me were enthusiastically greeted.) I will never return.

I went in there expecting it to take a week plus to get my glasses. And so I asked what day I could come and get them, and she said, Oh they will be ready in an hour! And then they were ready before I even left the store! The lady who helped me was so nice, and she made the experience of buying glasses, fantastic!

Extremely rude receptionist. I had one question regarding insurance coverage for family, and how to fill forms. She perceived it as if I was trying to do insurance fraud. Not only that, went around telling her colleagues about that. I was a loyal customer there, never planning to return.

They were.friendly, but they gave a coute and then the price drastically changed when it was time to pay. They explained that they added the anti-reflective, but I still felt like a was given the bait and switch. Make sure you read all paperwork
