UNFRIENDLY BUTCHERS. Yeah. The chick at the front desk is very unfriendly and carries the attitude of someone who hates EVERYTHING about their job. But it gets better! Not! Wow. Left half a hypodermic needle broken off in my dogs back after he was neutered. I cant IMAGINE just exactly HOW OR WHY you would or could BREAK A NEEDLE OFF IN MY DOG AND NOT EVEN CHECK!?! After I pick my dog up from the clinic I notice he is acting very strange and I go to console him that evening and find.... lo! Pointed object protruding from his spinal area in a clump of blood! To which I had to get someone to help me pull it out and it didnt want to come out so that makes me wonder who STABBED MY DOG OR WHAT KIND OF BRUTAL CHOP SHOP ARE YOU GUYS RUNNING? (he weighs a whopping 19 lbs. btw) Im going to guess that the tranquilizers and anesthesia probably get used by the staff more than the animals. My female who was spayed? Well it has been less than 24 hours and theyve fallen out and so now we get to all head back to cozycroft chop shop to see exactly who was asleep at the operating table. Maybe the ketamine and halothane not so much at work when performing surgery on mans best friends? And this is where YOUR dog will go if they get picked up before you get them fixed. I guess its OK THEN, to butcher them up when theyre coming from doggie jail huh? Seems like the American "blanket" mentality we use to justify all of the disaffected decisions that are brought on by the lack of morality and fortitude prevalent in the recent generation of youth that are so quick to thoughtlessly and carelessly avoid anything that involves commitment beyond "thy self"; i.e., the ego temporary. "Baah!" I would, however, refer anyone wanting a frontal lobotomy and some special k to the folks at cozycroft.

Front desk girls are not very educated on dogs (thats all i took there). They think they know it all and give bad advice to pet owners. When I doubled checked with another vet he was not pleased to hear of the quality of service for the dogs and the bad advice from a so called vet tech. Beware. The doctor is good but the obnoxious know it attitude of the staff is appalling. Do not listen to the staff ...only the doctor. They also ask for the money upfront which I told them I would pay when the service was done and she rolled her eyes. My experience was not good.

PET OWNERS BEWARE!!!!! I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO (0) STARS FOR THIS PLACE. I left my dog there for 8 days while I was on vacation. She was supposed to be walked everyday. They took her on ZERO walks and left her in her cage for all 8 days. Her $100 Cesar Milan bed and toys had crap and urine all over them. This place needs to be shut down. So in humane. If you hate your pet, Cozycroft is the place for you. If you love or even mildly like your pet, p[lease go somewhere else.

We have taken every pet weve owned to Cozycroft Pet Hospital for the last 14 years! I will use no other vet! I have never regretted putting my trust and faith in their ability to medically treat my animals as well as to care about them and nurture them while under their care. Cozycroft has been there for us under happy and sad circumstances and have helped my family through it all at the same time. They are the best!

I just returned from Cozycroft and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was quick and very friendly. They told me my cat needed eye drops and worm medication. I told them I couldnt afford it all with the office visit (times are hard), and they were kind enough to just GIVE me the eye drops! They genuinely care. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I have been taking my dogs to Cozycroft Pet Hospital for over 20 years and its a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful place. They have always taken special care of my pups. My son and daughter in law go there as well and they drive from Van Nuys, because he trusts Dr. Haerther and his staff completely, as do I. I highly recommend bringing all your pets here.

I cannot say enough good things about Cozycroft Pet Hospital. Weve taken our dog to him for all of his 17 1/2 years. Quality of care is EXCELLENT in every way. The vet always offers alternate solutions for our dog (if available) and never tries to sell you extra stuff just to make a buck. I really appreciate all he does for for us.

Dr. Haerther has been our vet for over 35 years. Still drive over there even though we have moved. Not sure about the comment referring to rude staff- These ladies have helped our family through some tough losses with pets and are dedicated above and beyond. Most staff have been there since they since we started.

I really doubt the review below (Who takes a $100 bed to a kennel?) as Ive taken my pets to Cozycroft for over 20 years. Dr. Hearther and staff always take great care with our dog and cat. We dont have children we love our pets like they are our kids and wouldnt take them anywhere else! Thank you Cozycroft!!!!!!!!

I have taken my pets (several, cats and dogs) there for many years. The office staff is nice and helpful. The doctor is the only vet I trust to tend my pets. You can tell he really cares for the animals and is not in it for the money. I moved to Simi Valley and still use them. I recommend them to everyone.

Very a friend recommended this place to me and its where she takes her most prize possessions. They took care of little girl and the cost was amazingly low, felt guilty for how much they did and how little they charged... literally half the other price of other vets and threw hugs in for free!!

I have been to many pet hospitals/veterinarians and Cozycroft is by far one of the best. Always gives caring treatments and does not try to sell you every x-ray, medication, or additional visits that are not needed. I swear by them and recommend them without hesitation.

I have taken several pets there and the Dr is great and the staff are friendly and caring. They do not try to sell you on a bunch of stuff but just do what needs to be done. I got right in on a Saturday without an appointment and was done in less than an hour. Awesome!
