I have to admit that Im typically not a person who would take my pets to a vet inside a pet store. But Banfield isnt even in the same league.....We LOVE Banfield!!!! We normally see Dr. Nardi in Canoga Park, but since shes on maternity leave we started coming to Northridge (and its closer to home!). Every employee Ive come in contact with has been exceptionally knowledgeable, patient & friendly. Our younger dog, Brit was spayed and they called several times to ask how she was doing.....Ill be honest and say it would impress me if my own doctor did this!! They always do their best to get an appointment for us as soon as possible, or they set up a "drop off " for the next day. If youre looking for a good vet, give Banfield a shot. And their Wellness Plans? With my 2 dogs it saved us close to $1,000 just for when they were spayed. No fee for office visits. I think we pay $30/mo each dog.
