2 weeks ago my Irish Setter puppy was seen for the sole purpose of receiving a health certificate so it could be sent to the new owner. I was quoted $41 for the exam and the health certificate would be $35 plus the dystemper vaccine which I expected. But then Im informed a lab test was necessary for additional monies and a 2 week delay in getting the form again which is understandable if its necessary it is what it is. The problem is this week the test came back negative and I called to get the certificate. I was informed that I had to bring the puppy back in for another exam to receive the health certificate. When I ask why an exam would be necessary, I just need you issue the certificate and I was told the doctor that issues those didnt do the initial exam even though that is what I scheduled for to begin with. So I bring her back in to get the certificate and I am told the certificate is $79 not $35 and the puppy has to be chipped or the certificate cant be issued. Now the kicker is just before Im to pick the puppy up I get a call that informs me that because it took so much time to do the certificate that I will be charged an additional $39 service fee. So an appointment that was suppose to cost only $35 for the certificate only has ended up costing me $197 unexpected dollars. They did waive the 41 dollar exam fee that shouldnt have been there to begin with bringing my total to $156. This is BS! If I ran my doctors dental offices in such a manner we would not have the loyal referring patients that we do. Im not sure if I will bring my two adult Irish Setters back. What a shame!

Stay Away!!!! I went to this place in March of 2013 with my two dogs who were puppies at the time. When I was there I was repeatedly told that I needed to sign up for their wellness plan. I would save so much money, so on, and so on. At which point I agreed to sign up. It was not explained to me at all but its my mistake for signing up. Anyway, this vet was very expensive even with the wellness plan that I signed up for. On top of that its now July 2014 and I realized that they have been charging my credit card $60.00 a month like clockwork even after the one year was over. I just called them to cancel this bullcrap wellness plan which has really done nothing but suck my bank account and I was told I cant cancel until March 2015 because they auto renewed my plan for another year without even telling me. Do not use this place. They are over priced scammers!! I also found out the flea medicine they have been charging me an arm and a leg for even with my $60.00 a month wellness plan is cheaper at other vets without signing up for any monthly scam plan. Flat out crooks.

The staff is friendly and the front desk ladies are so patient with me. I am a first time fur-mom. I always have a list of questions and they take the time to answer all of them. I especially LOVE Dr. Glass. Theyre open 7 days a week and have "drop off" appts available if there are no room appts available. I have a crazy work schedule and a fixed income so the convenience and affordable wellness plans are a MUST have for us. Read ur paperwork and listen to the explanation of wellness plan. YOU are responsible for cancelling plan after yr is up or they automatically renew it. I recommend the wellness plan. I cant afford the other fancier reimbursement programs and this plan has saved Asher twice.

Recently, my family had to have our beloved Great Dane, Eleanor, put to sleep. She was 11 years old and in very fragile health. There are not adequate words to describe the wonderful way our dog was treated during the years we took her to this Tomball clinic. She was always treated with respect and kindness by the staff and doctors. We continue to be comforted by their loving words. I always felt her doctors were knowledgable and appreciated the choices that were offered for her care. They always respected my decisions. Once our hearts are open to a new dog, we will certainly take her to this caring clinic.

Beware! This place does not care about your pet, they care about how much money you are willing to spend. My daughters eight month old Husky (photo attached) just died after spending the day there. The puppy was throwing up early in the morning and had bloody diarrhea. She brought him there at 7:00am. They never gave him any fluid; instead they sent her home at 3:30 with antibiodics and told her to give him pedialite! If they cared about animals they would have put him on IV to at least hydrate him instead of letting him sit in the cage dying!

Bad, bad place. Cat had urinary blockage on Sunday morning so checked website which showed they could treat it and would be open in an hour. Went to office only to be told Dr would be an hour late but we could wait. Waited 45 minutes then Dr looked at cat and said they were not equipped to put in a catheter and we should go to ER. Thanks for letting animal suffer for another hour and for false advertising. These people are COLD and uncaring and I will certainly take my business elsewhere. Stay away from this place.

I have had nothing but bad experiences here. The doctors are extremely rude and are not thorough. They constantly push taking my dog to the back when I insist I want everything done in front of me they cop an attitude. I took my dog in for a swollen blister on her leg and they took her to the back to "look at it" when she came back to me her leg had an open wound and was bleeding and I was told it just ruptured on its own. They are liars and they dont care about you animals.

Not personable at all and the vets are just about money, not understanding that people are on budgets. They wanted to run literally 7 different test on my dog and were not willing to help me narrow it down. Each test was around 100 bucks. I also heard them yell at my sweet dog when they took her in the back. Shes totally non-aggressive and she was scared. No reason to yell at her bc she didnt want to be put into a cage. Who would! Never going back here!!

They pick up the phone then hang up. I called several times. I could hear people laughing in the background. Unprofessional!
