Completely untrustworthy and incompetent. Hospitalised my dog overnight, sent him home without finding the problem or even stabilising him. He only went there because the good vet was too far away for a very sick dog to comfortably travel, well thanks to them my dog is dead. His problem was easily diagnosable from the symptoms and test results, and could have been treated, but no one wanted to have to deal with him over the weekend so they sent him home without bothering. Why actually provide medical care, when you can get $550 dollars for nothing? Im so heartbroken. This was a complete and total mistake to ever take my dog to this vet, and since theyve treated other pets of ours in the past we now wonder if they had to die, either. Dont take your pets here if you actually want them to be diagnosed and survive. May as well just set fire to a pile of money and shoot your pet yourself. At least that way maybe these wastes of oxygen can have the decency to go out of business. Since thats clearly all it is to them, a business, and quite a lucrative one, too. Trust me, this is the only review for a reason.

Dr. Nelson and all the staff are very compassionate and thoughtful. Theyve been a great help to my dogs and to me. Dr. Nelson listens and never rushes. He and his assistant, Emily, in particular, are the most understanding and kind people Ive ever met in a veterinary office. Im so grateful for them. The front office staff, Missy and Glenda are wonderful and always make the process as easy as possible.

Very caring and professional. Sent my dog in with parvo, and they did all they could to treat her. Parvo is very deadly and she didnt make it but staff took great care of her and made her comfortable. When I went to pick her up they put her in a burial box and made a clay mold of her paw print to remember her. Highly recommend this veterinarian.

After exam of a stray puppy (hit by a car) I was chg. $226. No mercy to a fixed income dog lover. The puppy was euthanized.
